Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
  • Identify and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the customer service manager.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions in the Ticketing software.
  • Ensure all customer data are handled confidentially and comply with company policies.
  • Offer solutions tailored to the customer's needs while adhering to guidelines.
  • Schedule 'Customer Hiring' Interviews promptly by phone, email, chat, or social media.
