Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Executive. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Identify and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently.

- Keep a close track of Customer Hiring initiatives and keep the reports up-to-date.
- Actively involve in 'Customer Hiring' interviews to gather and document customer feedback that helps to the improvement of the services and products offered at SurveyHeart.
- Translate the Telugu and Hindi feedback to the English text for the team's understanding.
- Schedule customer hiring interviews to understand their requirements and pain points.
- Promote the sales of yearly plans - Gold, Silver, and Bronze.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in customer service or a similar role.
- Proficiency in using Zoho Desk software and other relevant tools.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets, and other Google products.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Preferred Skills:
- Fluency in Spoken Telugu, Hindi and English is very essential
- Familiarity with Zoho Desk
Location and Shifts:
- Willingness to Work on a shift basis and to work on Weekends.
