Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive (SaaS Sales) to join our sales department. The ideal candidate will possess a good technical background, coupled with exceptional communication skills and a proven track record in lead generation and conversion. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying, qualifying, and developing leads, and effectively proposing technical solutions to potential clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients in need of our Tech Hiring Platform.
• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
• Lead the end-to-end process from lead generation to closing deals, including communication and follow-up with leads via email, phone, virtual, and face-to-face meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations.
• Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions and activities in CRM systems like HubSpot.
• Work closely with internal teams, including Marketing, Legal, Finance, Account Management, and Technical, to manage sales workflows and operations.
• Participate in inbound leads assignment, project requirement gathering, platform analysis, and successful handover to the client experience team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set client expectations.

Requirement:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the field of SaaS in Tech Hiring Domain.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and the software industry.
• Proven track record of lead generation and conversion, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong technical acumen, with familiarity in the Tech Industry.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and self-driven individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience with Tech hiring software.
• Previous experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment.

About The Role

To design, implement, and execute testing procedures for our software applications. In this role, the candidate will be instrumental in driving our software quality assurance lifecycle, collaborating with development teams to establish test strategies, and developing automated tests to uphold our stringent quality benchmarks, thereby reducing manual regression efforts.

By integrating tests into the CI/CD pipeline, the candidate will ensure that software releases are reliable and of high quality. Additionally, the candidate will troubleshoot and diagnose issues in systems under test, contributing to the continuous improvement of the software development process.

What Describes You Best

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2 to 3 years experience in Automation Testing.
• Experience of working on SAAS /enterprise products is preferred.

Technical Skills: (must have)

• Sound understanding of SDLC processes and the QA lifecycle and methodology
• Hands-on experience with test Automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium WebDriver (with Java), Cucumber, Appium, or TestNG
• Proven experience in test automation using Java scripting language
• Strong Understanding of DOM
• Good experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) concepts and tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
• Hands-on experience with any of the bug tracking and test management tools (e.g. GitLab, Jira, Jenkins, Bugzilla, etc.)
• Experience with API testing (Postman or Similar RESTClient)

Additional Skills: (nice to have)

• Knowledge of performance testing tools such as JMeter

The key accountability of the candidate will be to maintain and enhance the QA automation process (along with CI/CD/CT), create/update test suites, write documentation, and ensure quality delivery of our software components by automation testing and also contribute to manual testing when required.
