Software Engineer-Java

• Experience in Core Java 5.0 and above, Data Structures, OOPS, Multithreading, Algorithms, Collections, Unix/Linux
• Possess good architectural knowledge and be aware of enterprise application design patterns.
• Should have the ability to analyze, design, develop and test complex, low-latency client-facing applications.
• Good development experience with RDBMS
• Good knowledge of multi-threading and high-volume server-side development
• Basic working knowledge of Unix/Linux
• Excellent problem solving and coding skills in Java
• Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills.

Key Skills required

1. Understanding of the entire Mobile Application Development lifecycle

2. Solid experience of 2 years + in building Native Swift based iOS applications

What will you be doing?

● Conduct Market Research on the company and understand the need of the training needs

● Acquire new clients through networking, direct contact, or marketing campaigns

● Sending 40 to 50 emails customizing to each client

● Good at researching the email id, and contact number of the concerned person

● Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.

● Build and nurture client relationships via various channels

● Coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders on daily basis

● Develop and implement marketing plans designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new opportunities

Required Skills:

• 3+ year of experience in Development in JAVA technology.
• Strong Java Basics
• SpringBoot or Spring MVC
• Hands on experience on Relational Databases (SQL query or Hibernate) + Mongo (JSON parsing)

• Own the lifecycle of users from on-boarding, setup, to the day-to-day support, including serving as front-line for issues on the ongoing engagements.
• Crafting delightful user experiences around user on-boarding and support, such as ticketing, support channels, and customer communications.
• Tracking metrics and measurements of user engagement and behavior.
• Crafting well-written user-facing communications and documentation.
• Translating user feedback and needs to well-scoped requirements, and collaborating with Engineering to deliver them.
• For the first 6-9 months, expect a lot of hands-on, detail-oriented work, often requiring your exposure to other areas like sales/account management, including occasionally plugging in on for other functions.
• In the mid-to-long-term, expect an increasing amount of specialization into a deeper role, with the possibility of eventually building and scaling a team.
