Job Overview

We are seeking a Renewal Specialist to join our team at BD Software Distribution Pvt. Ltd. This role involves managing the renewal process for our software solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role, strong communication skills, and a customer-centric approach. This is a full-time position based in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage the renewal process for software solutions, ensuring timely renewals and customer satisfaction

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and addressing any inquiries or issues

Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers, ensuring they are maximizing the value of our solutions

Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales and Support, to achieve renewal targets and resolve customer concerns

Track and monitor customer accounts, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

Prepare and present reports on renewal activities, highlighting trends, challenges, and opportunities

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to contribute to product enhancements and market positioning

Maintain accurate and updated customer information in the CRM system

Job Description

● Understanding of how to build performant, decoupled, testable, and maintainable code

Qualification:

● 1+ years of experience preferably in a tech startup

● Strong foundation in server-side programming languages like Angular, AWS and DevOps

● Experience with containerization (Docker etc.) and cloud technologies

● Experience with automation and building CI/CD pipelines

● Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate complex

technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough

solutions

● Experience with performance and optimization problems and a demonstrated

ability to both diagnose and prevent these problems

● Comfort working in a highly agile, iterative software development process

Responsibilities

• Design and develop REST-based web services utilizing Java micro services web frameworks (Spring Boot)
• Apply design principles and patterns in creating enterprise level solutions, as needed
• Perform web services tuning and performance testing
• Implement unit tests as needed
• Support front-end developers in leveraging web services
• Automate/script common developer tasks, continually optimize personal and team workflows
• Infrastructure setup and configuration
• Engage in code review and feedback process
• Take a feature from inception to completion independently across the stack
• Collaborate with teammates on proposed UX/UI and provide feedback as needed
• Participate in and support the entire SDLC processes

Requirements

• Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring JPA & Hibernate

As an Audit Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing and updating audit plan, audit strategy, managing allocation of work, weekly work updates and guiding and reviewing work done by team.

What you will do:

• Preparing of schedules, cash flow statement, notes to the accounts, accounting policy and financial statements
• Preparing of tax audit annexures for tax audit including Form 3 CD
• Independently leading statutory and tax audit of private limited company
• Preparing or updating Internal Financial Control documents, risk control matrix etc as per company process

• Performing book closure activity as per audited financial statements
• Preparing or updating fixed asset register
• Reconciling fixed asset register, reserves and critical accounts as per IGAAP and US GAAP
• Representing as the primary contact point and supporting company assigned for audit to resolving internal/ external and escalated queries
• Collating and where necessary producing / analyzing statistical data/ reports as required
• Keeping up-to-date with key business changes and process/ technical.
