About the Role: EA- PST Hours- (9:00 PM- 5:00 AM IST) -Remote

We are seeking a highly experienced, proactive, and exceptionally organized Executive Assistant to support executive leadership team based in US. This role goes far beyond basic administrative tasks — we’re looking for someone who can own core EA responsibilities while also taking initiative on projects, operations, and executive-level priorities.

This is a remote position with non-traditional hours. You must be comfortable working late nights and early mornings (IST), in alignment with Pacific Time (PST). You’ll be a critical partner in keeping the executive team focused, informed, and operating at peak efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage complex and dynamic calendars across multiple time zones
• Organize and coordinate high-stakes meetings, calls, and international travel
• Prioritize and manage a high volume of emails; act as the primary gatekeeper
• Take full ownership of administrative workflows and executive task tracking
• Proactively flag and resolve scheduling conflicts or urgent priorities
• Own select operational or strategic projects from start to finish
• Track and follow up on key deliverables, deadlines, and ongoing initiatives
• Prepare briefing documents, meeting agendas, notes, and action items
• Maintain confidentiality with the highest level of professionalism
• Support with personal or ad hoc tasks as required

1. Develop and design marketing collaterals for real estate projects, including brochures, flyers, hoardings, social media creatives, emailers, and digital ads.
2. Create branding elements such as project logos, visual identities, and promotional graphics.
3. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to conceptualize and execute campaign visuals.
4. Design engaging content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) tailored for the real estate audience.
5. Work on project presentations, floor plan designs, and 3D renders (basic knowledge is a plus).
6. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing material and campaigns.
7. Edit and enhance photos/videos for digital and offline marketing.
8. Stay updated with design trends in real estate and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and design comprehensive Informatica MDM solutions tailored to their needs.

·      Implementation: Lead the implementation of Informatica MDM solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems.

·      Data Modelling: Design and implement data models to support MDM initiatives, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems.

·      Data Quality Management: Implement Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) processes and workflows to improve data quality and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

·      Integration: Integrate Informatica MDM solutions with other enterprise systems, such as CRM, ERP, and BI platforms, to facilitate seamless data exchange and interoperability.

·      Customization: Develop custom components, workflows, and extensions to extend the functionality of Informatica MDM and meet specific business requirements.

·      Data Governance: Establish data governance policies, standards, and best practices to govern the use, management, and quality of master data within the organization.

·      Documentation: Prepare comprehensive documentation, including solution designs, technical specifications, user guides, and training materials, to support the implementation and maintenance of Informatica MDM solutions.

·      Testing and Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of Informatica MDM solutions.

·      Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure successful adoption and utilization of Informatica MDM solutions.

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing and configuring Informatica MDM solutions.
• Proficiency in Informatica MDM Hub, Informatica Data Director, Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), and related Informatica tools and technologies.
• Strong understanding of data modelling principles, data integration concepts, and master data management best practices.
• Hands-on experience with data profiling, cleansing, and transformation using Informatica IDQ.
• Experience with data governance frameworks, data stewardship workflows, and data quality metrics.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver high-quality results within tight deadlines.
• Informatica certification(s) in MDM and/or IDQ is a plus.

Technical Proficiency:
Experience in leading self-service offering to business users. Tableau experience in Architecture, Administration and development is must.

• Experience in supporting and administration of middleware software systems in an enterprise setting. Excellent troubleshooting skills in a complex enterprise environment.
• Hadoop / Big Data domain experience is required, as is exposure to ecosystem technologies such as Hive, Impala and Spark.
  Data Warehouse/ETL design and development methodologies knowledge and experience required
• Scripting experience in Linux shell scripting and Python.
• Good SQL skills.
• Integrate/roll-out/administer/sustain/upgradeour installations of vendor BI products on Linux.
• Ensure products are configured properly to meet the necessary security, supportability, and performance requirements.
  Experience with developing frameworks and utility services including logging/monitoring
