Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

Drawing & Documentation Support

• Assist in preparing initial drafts of façade drawings and technical documentation under the guidance of senior team members.
• Revise drawings, details, and specifications based on feedback from the design team.

Technical Learning & Application

• Learn and apply company standards, project specifications, and fundamental engineering principles.
• Develop a working knowledge of local building codes, façade systems, and materials.
• Support the use of CAD standards and drawing best practices.

Team Collaboration

• Support the façade design team with day-to-day project-related tasks.
• Maintain and organize design files, drawings, records, and project correspondence to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
• Coordinate effectively with team members to meet project deadlines.

Quality Adherence

• Assist in performing basic quality checks on drawings and documents before submission for formal review.
• Ensure drawings comply with internal standards and project requirements.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Executive/Manager (BDE/BDM) with strong skills in lead generation, client acquisition, sales strategy, and relationship building.

Experience in Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, Web3, or NFT domain is mandatory for this role.

The candidate should be capable of understanding technical products and selling digital, SaaS, blockchain, or IT services to global clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

• Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline across multiple channels.
• Research and segment target markets to generate high-quality leads.

Sales & Client Acquisition

• Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demos with prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and align them with company solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and pitch decks.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to closing deals.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and promote repeat business.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, tech, product) for smooth project execution.

Targets & Performance

• Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue, lead conversion, and acquisition targets.
• Track and report sales metrics and pipeline status using CRM tools.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
• Mandatory experience in Blockchain, Web3, Cryptocurrency, or NFT industry.

• Experience with lead generation, cold outreach, and CRM tools.
• Ability to understand technical solutions and explain them clearly.

• Responsible for maintaining and extending an application’s Apex services and user interfaces in

Lighting Web Components and Aura Components where necessary.

• Work with and lead a team to design and implement new capabilities according to enterprise

Apex design patterns.

• Expand and implement event-based architecture to build new features within a managed

package.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand product roadmap and establish

prioritization.

• Perform standard product developer tasks such as estimating, testing, documenting, performing

peer reviews, providing support, diagnosing/resolving defects

• Own and execute managed package activities including source control, CI/CD, releases,

AppExchange security reviews, and License Management Application tasks

• Provide leadership and mentorship to development team members.

• Keen focus on building intuitive and functional Salesforce applications.

Must have skills and background:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related fields

• 7 or more years of software development experience with at least 5 years on Salesforce technologies, especially Sales Cloud and AppExchange

• Experience leading development teams.

• Experience with Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components/Aura Components, and managed packages

• Experience with enterprise topics such as integration, asynchronous/platform events,

security/identity, and large data volumes

• Hold multiple Salesforce developer certifications – Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, and Platform Developer II, additional Salesforce Architect Certifications a plus

• Ability to design Objects and Relationships

• Knows the security model in Salesforce.

• Understands Bulkification and can write optimized code with Apex, Triggers and SOQL

• Basic Community / Experience Cloud

• Salesforce Deployment/DevOps experience
