Job Title: Marketing Head

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing Head to lead our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ecommerce marketing and will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance our brand presence, drive traffic, and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee all marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, social media, email campaigns, and content marketing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement marketing campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets to maximize ROI.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve targets and foster professional growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as agencies and vendors.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Focus on increasing sales ROI through various marketing channels and aim to boost the number of sales.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Marketing Head or similar role in the ecommerce industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data-driven marketing and analytics.

• Candidate Should have 5+ Years Of Experience in Core Java
• You will need strong development skills to work on and improve our Scala-based services, and be able to work together with senior teammates to create appropriate architectural design and ensure all aspects are appropriate to meet the business need.
• Excellent Functional Design and Functional Programming skills (more than 2 years of business experience in Scala and Java projects, respectively)
• Core skills in key supporting technologies and/or frameworks such as Play (AKKA) / Lagom
• Proven experience working in teams in the successful delivery of complex, performant and high quality products
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills
• Experience of SaaS (Software as a Service) environments
• Exposure to RESTful web APIs and a service oriented architecture
• Experience in Linux environments, Shell scripting etc
• Working with XML and JSON including parsing, asserting / matching and extracting
• Experience with Continuous Integration environments and build tools, including Terraform, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle and Ant
• Experience with messaging systems such as Apache Kafka, Amazon Kinesis, Amazon SQS and Rabbit MQ
• Experience working on Live platform SDKs such as Twilio, AWS Elemental

About the role:
We’re looking for a React.Js Developer who can adapt to new tech stacks and innovate with cutting-edge technology solutions, to build eCommerce platforms that are unique, disruptive, and powerful

What you'll do:
● Develop new user-facing features using React.js
● Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
● Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
● Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers

What you'll need:
● Bachelor's degree with minimum 3 years of work experience as a React Js
● Strong proficiency in JavaScript or Typescript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
● Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
● Knowledge of object-oriented programming
● Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
● Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
● Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
● Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
● Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
