Role & Responsibilities

• Agency & Vendor Management: Build and maintain relationships with recruitment

agencies and hiring partners.

• Candidate Sourcing: Create a strong talent pipeline through agencies, internal

databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels.

• Screening & Shortlisting: Review applications, conduct initial screening, and present top

candidates to Business Managers for interviews.

• Hiring Targets: Meet recruitment goals by leveraging multiple hiring channels, ensuring a

seamless hiring experience.

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a recruitment

firm or fast-growing organization.

Required Skills

Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, and onboarding).

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficiency in using recruitment databases.

• Public clouds, such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Automation technologies, such as Kubernetes or Jenkins
• Configuration management tools, such as Puppet or Chef
• Scripting languages, such as Python or Ruby

• Possess strong domain knowledge - Digital Analytics (Google Analytics, App Analytics (Firebase/AppsFlyer/Branch/MixPanel), CRO, Media Analytics 

• Ability to handle Google Analytics clients end-to-end  

• Contribute to building effective process management, mentoring teammates, reducing product & execution inefficiencies 

• Be responsible for day-to-day Google Analytics operations and performance of client accounts, requiring interaction with both internal and external stakeholders.   

• Own, manage and grow digital analytics strategies for clients.   

• Be responsible for all regular (and ad hoc) reporting and analysis of digital activity providing crucial insights, and effectively communicating this to the client.   

• Create compelling and effective logos, designs, print and digital media.

• Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, social media, competitive landscape and market trends.

• Participate and brainstorm with the team about the ideas of creative designing for social media and all types of Ad formats adhering to company standards

• Demonstrate solid conceptual, visualization, and communication skills during all phases of creative development from enquiry to delivery.

• Create videos for our ventures using any video editing tools.

• Conceptualize, create & design images across digital media on our ventures with readymade live images.

• Design brochures for upcoming projects as and when required.

• Create printable format ads for any outdoor advertising of our projects when required.

• Able to design creatives in a unique, trendy and impressive way.

Responsibilities 

• Adding more features to our existing website which can ease the campaign launching process for campaigners. 
• Incorporating various tools which can track the users behavior and other key metrics. 
• Build APIs which are scalable and can help strategically partnering with other companies or organizations. 
• Adopting and incorporating changes as per the new technologies. 
• Investigate production issues pertaining to customer features to determine root cause and implement solutions 
• Work with the real-time feedback from our users (external and internal) to make the products better. 
• Take ownership of the backend services, ensure the best possible performance.

Requirements 

• Preferably 1+ year of experience in full stack development. 
• Hands on experience in front-end languages preferably html5, CSS3, React Js. 
• Top-notch programming skills in JavaScript and a strong understanding of web fundamentals 
• Experience in backend languages preferably NodeJs
• Familiar with MySQL/SQL server 
• Familiar with JavaScript technologies 
• Familiar with cloud services like AWS, Git 
• Knowledge/experience in building Web APIs 
• Good understanding of the foundations of security and best practices ∙ Good Problem-solving skills.
