Customer Service Executive

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Cafe) Sales Manager to drive sales and expand our market presence within the hospitality sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of the HORECA industry. The HORECA Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and maximizing revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Identify and prospect new HORECA clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafes and catering companies.
•  Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned food service accounts by utilising fact-based selling methods.
•  Responsibility to acquire new food service accounts.
•  Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance.
• Identifying market potential in order to establish new account, achieve food service sales volume, revenue and profitability goals.
• Maintain, monitor, and regularly evaluate pricing and contracts with customers so as to provide products and services that meet standards of quality, timeliness and cost.
• Approval and critique of promotional programs with the objective of improving effectiveness and efficiency in trade spending and brand consumption development.
• Develops and executes effective HORECA account-specific marketing & Sales programs.

Requirements

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Food Technology or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 4 years Sales & Marketing experience handling Food Service accounts specific to HORECA customers in the region.
• Strong Food Service contacts.
• Ability to deal at all levels from Unit Head Chefs and Contract Catering Managers through to Buyer level.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Very good verbal communication skills.
• Proven track record in developing markets and achieving business results.

Responsibilities:

• Experience of working in the complete Software development life cycle involving project estimation, development, documentation, unit/integration, and testing
• Self-starter & motivator and a keen learner of new technology and other related stuff

• Good team player with excellent communication skills and quick adaptability to new technologies & work environments
• Implementing NetSuite solutions, both configurations and customizations and to take ownership of end-to-end development from design to deployment
• Must have hands on experience of SuiteScript language, SuiteFlow workflow, SuiteBuilder Customization of forms, records, Saved Search Custom Report
• Must have done customizations on NetSuite platform in implementation projects
• Should have understanding on overall NetSuite functionality ERP/CRM/E-Commerce: Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Inventory Management, Finance, Project Management, CRM
• Programming Languages/ Framework - SuiteScript 1.0, SuiteScript 2.0, JavaScript (Required), C# (Nice to Have) , ASP.NET (Required) MVC (Model View Controller), Webservice
• Tools - Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010/2012/2013 (Nice to have)
• Exposure to SVN, Box or any code repository technologies.
• Client-Side Technologies - JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax, HTML, CSS and Backbone JS
• NetSuite Functional experience will be a plus
• Should be expertise in - Suite Script 2.0 types - User event, Client Script, Suitelet, RESTlet, Map/Reduce, Scheduled, WFA at least. And should be familiar with all 2.0 Modules
• Should be expertise in troubleshooting the scripts using Debugger and Console.
• Should be familiar with Code Version Control - Git, Bitbucket
• Should have knowledge on script optimization and error handling
• Must have knowledge in integration and Unit testing and code debugging
• Should be experienced with Advanced pdf customizations with extended script knowledge
• Candidate is expected to have worked on all the above technologies and not merely theory knowledge
• Should be familiar with Agile methodology
• Having Core JavaScript library customizations and understanding to apply is plus.
• Should be proactive in work and response to emails and professional chat and handle multiple tasks, should be working with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge on any Project Management tool like Jira is plus.
• Other Industry standard responsibilities

Experience:

• Candidates should have 2+ years of experience in NetSuite.
• Candidates should have Computer background.
• Should be part of at least 2 to 3 implementation projects with medium level customizations at least.
• Excellent communication for client facing on need basis.

• 3 + years of hands-on experience in developing end-to-end applications using Node.Js.
• Extensive knowledge of JavaScript and Strong proficiency in frameworks (e.g. Express)
• Understanding or experience with programming languages like PHP and frameworks like Codeigniter
• Solid background of Object-Oriented concepts, Data Structures, and web development cycle.
• Experience with relational and graph databases (Mysql, Mongo, Dynamo DB)
• Experience with RESTful web services
• Rich user interface development experience with HTML5 and JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS, JQuery, w3css/bootstrap, etc
• Proficiency with code version tools such as Git, BitBucket
• Understanding the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds.
• Proficiency in writing clean and maintainable code
• Skilled with code optimization techniques
• Experience working within Agile development environments.
• Must be able to write up Technical / Non-Technical Documentation.
