🔹 HR Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling)
• Post job openings on portals (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Coordinate interviews and follow-ups with candidates
• Maintain candidate database and records
• Assist in onboarding and documentation process

🔹 Training & Placement Counselling

• Guide and counsel students/candidates regarding career opportunities
• Coordinate with candidates for training programs
• Support candidates in placement process
• Conduct basic screening and counselling sessions
• Maintain placement records and reports

As a QA Automation Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of web and mobile applications through automated and manual testing. You will collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and Scrum teams to validate features delivered in each sprint. 

This role requires strong automation skills, attention to detail, and the ability to design, execute, and maintain automated test suites across web and mobile platforms.
