Ideal Candidate

• Strong Growth Product Leader / Growth PM / Monetisation Product Leader profile
• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 11+ years of Product Management experience, with strong exposure to Growth, Revenue, Monetisation, Conversion or Consumer Growth charters
• Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have led end-to-end growth funnels including lead generation → activation → free-to-paid conversion → checkout → upsell/cross-sell → renewal → customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Mandatory (Experience 3) – Strong hands-on experience in Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO), A/B testing, funnel analytics, cohort analysis, experimentation frameworks and growth metrics ownership.

Role Summary

We’re seeking a seasoned Azure Data Engineer / Consultant to lead design, build, and operationalize cloud-native data solutions. You’ll partner with external clients—from discovery through Go-Live—to ingest, model, transform, and serve high-volume data using Synapse, Fabric, PySpark, and SQL. You’ll also establish best practices around CI/CD, security, and data quality within a medallion architecture.

Qualifications

 Hands on experience in developing System Verilog/UVM verification

environment from scratch.

 Hands on experience with Questa or similar advanced simulation tools.

 Hands on experience in DO-254 verification process.

 Experience in DOORS/Jama will be a plus.
