Job Responsibilities:

Handle last-mile delivery calls to ensure successful order deliveries and reduce RTO.

Contact customers with abandoned carts and assist them in completing their purchases.

Resolve customer queries related to orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges, refunds, and cancellations via phone, WhatsApp, email, or chat.

Coordinate with logistics and internal teams for timely issue resolution.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.

Requirements:

Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Google Sheets, CRM/Shopify preferred).

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

0–2 years of experience in customer support or telesales is preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development.

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture patterns and design principles.

• Proficiency with AWS services like API Gateway, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, and IAM.

Strong B2B Tech Sales profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1): Must have a minimum 5+ YOE in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Tech sales, preferably in ERP, CAD, or Factory Automation tools.

Mandatory (Experience 2): At least 3+ YOE selling ERP solutions or CAD Softwares.

Mandatory (Experience 3): Proven track record in offline / field sales and experience in selling complex solutions.

Mandatory (Tools): Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) and lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.)

Mandatory (Company): Experience in B2B SaaS Product companies or IT/Tech Services companies.
