Own partition floorplanning for optimizing blocks for Power, Performance and Area.
Own execution from synthesis to place and route of partitions through all signoff including timing signoff, physical verification, EMIR signoff , Formal Equivalence, and Low Power Verification.
Have close collaboration with RTL team to help drive and resolve design issues related to block closure.
Understand tools, flows, and overall design methodology in design construction, signoff, and optimization with a data driven approach.
Implement robust clock distribution solutions using appropriate methods that meet design requirements.
Make good independent technical trade-offs between power, area, and timing (PPA)

About the Role:
3+ years of experience in frontend technologies and progressive web applications development
Expert in using of design patterns, data structures and algorithms
Should have sound understanding of design architecture and principles, coding frameworks like react.js, angular.js, vue.js, node.js, next, js, express.js etc.
Experience with popular JS libraries like Ember, Babel, Typescript, Webpack, Socket etc.

Roles and Responsibilities
As an Escalation Associate, you will be at the front of handling and resolving customer complaints and Grievances from various touchpoints (Not Limited to Complaints, Social Media Escalations, Consumer Forum complaints, etc.). You will work with other departments and ensure closure and recovering a customer’s experience.
- Tracking all Customer complaints/escalations in real-time.
- Acknowledge all customer complaints, connect with customers (Over emails as well as on calls), understand the problem clearly, and assure a timely resolution.
- Coordinate and follow up internally for an end-to-end closure on each complaint handled.
- Proactively escalate cases that are about to breach standard TAT.
