Monday to Friday 10 am - 7 pm (WFO)

Saturdays-10 am - 3 pm (WFH)

FURNISHKA is in search of a Creative Content Specialist to join our innovative marketing team. As the Creative Content Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in crafting visually stunning graphic creatives and video reels to elevate FURNISHKA's online presence across platforms such as the website, Instagram, Facebook, and Google. Additionally, you will contribute to offline marketing campaigns and create captivating visuals for our retail stores.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop visually appealing graphic creatives for online platforms, including the web and social media channels.

2. Create engaging video reels to showcase FURNISHKA's products and brand identity.

3. Design offline marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with the overall brand aesthetic.

4. Collaborate closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and deliver compelling creatives.

5. Ensure brand consistency across all visual content and marketing materials.

6. Contribute creative ideas to enhance FURNISHKA's visual storytelling.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in graphic design and video editing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative skills.

2. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).

3. Understanding of social media trends and best practices for creating engaging content.

4. Ability to adapt design styles to suit various marketing channels and mediums.

5. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

• Good understanding and experience of HTML / CSS / Javascript / Webpack / Bootstrap.
• Hands-on experience with ES6 / ES7 / ES8 features.
• Expertise with Web Services / REST APIs.
• Proficiency in Linux and deployment on Linux.
• Familiarity with Redux Thunk / Redux Saga will be an added advantage.
• Skillful experience in Node JS / Express / MongoDB will be a plus.
• Understanding of mobile cross-platform frameworks like React Native.
• Knowledge of AWS services like S3, EC2 would be valuable.

• Ideate & gather requirements from key stakeholders for new product development, including enhancement of the existing products.
• Create, maintain, and monitor product management processes to ensure excellence in execution during product development.
• Drive Product development/projects from inception to completion, identifying and managing risks, while navigating hurdles and resolving issues in real time to successfully complete projects on time.
• Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements
• Continually evolve the project management process to ensure optimal efficiency and timeliness.
• Develop strong relationships and work collaboratively with the engineering teams/ external partners by defining joint roadmaps and managing multiple product development workflows simultaneously.
• Business Analyst (Agile), product management life cycle, sprint ceremonies, Backlog refinement

Ideal Candidate should have:

• 5+ years of experience; 2+ years as a product owner
• A Masters Degree (B.Tech+MBA is preferred)
• Strong experience in agile product development. A certification (Scrum/SAfe/PO) is preferred 
• Expertise in Business documentation &translating functional requirements into technical specifications.
• Extensive experience working in a scrum/Kanban environment
• Extensive experience defining agile requirements (Epics/stories), including functional and technical in a product/services organization
• Experience with Project Management Tool such as AzureDevOps/Jira

Requirements and Qualifications :
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- 3-5 years of experience with Ruby and the Rails framework
- 3-5 years of experience with Git and Github
- 3-5 years of experience with SQL backends, preferably MongoDB, PostGre SQL
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Rspec
- Knowledge of Docker and docker-based deployment

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls, chat and emails from customers in a prompt and swift manner

• Identify & assess customer’s needs, clarify information and provide solutions and alternatives wherever applicable

• Talking to customers and business teams to suggest improvement areas in product flows.
• Create peer learnings for team members and build context for new teammates
• Help with building the company's tech team and iterating on the hiring framework.
• Provide regular feedback to your team (peers and managers) to ensure continuous improvement.
• Keeping abreast with the latest technologies and working on your skills regularly.

Must-haves

• At least 3 years of experience working in frontend for desktop and mobile web.
• Familiar with design tools and convert them to actual code (HTML+CSS+JavaScript)
• Mastery in DOM Manipulation (including Jquery) and understand components, CTAs.
• Well-versed in other non-vanilla languages (ex. TypeScript)
• Well-versed in standard frontend framework (ex. ReactJS)
• Understanding of GraphQL APIs.
• Deep understanding of web technologies in various mobile systems
• Have empathy for the users you build for

• Experience in the fintech industry
