🔎 About the Role
We are hiring a skilled Management System Auditor to conduct ISO audits, deliver high-quality assessment outcomes, and support certification activities. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, 22000, 50001 or other standards, along with strong reporting and client-handling skills.
This role involves extensive travel, interaction with diverse industries, and strict adherence to ISO/IEC 17021-1 and ISO 19011 guidelines.
🧩 Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and execute Stage 1, Stage 2, Surveillance, Recertification, Transfer & Special Audits.
- Review client documentation, audit scope, and previous audit history.
- Evaluate compliance with applicable ISO standards using process approach, risk-based thinking & sampling techniques.
- Conduct opening & closing meetings and prepare accurate audit reports.
- Record findings, non-conformities, observations, and improvement opportunities.
- Ensure professional client interaction across Quality, EHS, IT, HR & Operations teams.
- Maintain impartiality, confidentiality, and compliance with accreditation guidelines.
- Participate in calibration, witness audits, and competency upgrades.
- Identify business opportunities and refer potential clients during audits.
🎓 Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, IT, or Environmental Science.
- CQI/IRCA Certified Lead Auditor in at least one standard (Mandatory/Preferred).
- Minimum 5 years industry/auditing experience.
- Experience conducting minimum 15–20 third-party audits (preferred).
- Exposure to sectors such as manufacturing, IT, pharma, infrastructure, services (added advantage).

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware and software.
- Support and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to implement network solutions and upgrades.
- Maintain documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and procedures.
- Provide first-level support for network-related incidents and service requests.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing and switching.

Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or relevant field.
● 8+ years of relevant and recent experience in a Data Engineer role.
● 5+ years recent experience with Apache Spark and solid understanding of the
fundamentals.
● Deep understanding of Big Data concepts and distributed systems.
● Demonstrated ability to design, review, and optimize scalable data architectures across
ingestion.
● Strong coding skills with Scala, Python and the ability to quickly switch between them with
ease.
● Advanced working SQL knowledge and experience working with a variety of relational
databases such as Postgres and/or MySQL.
● Cloud Experience with DataBricks.
● Strong understanding of Delta Lake architecture and working with Parquet, JSON, CSV,
and similar formats.

● Machine Learning knowledge is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
1. Advance Licence & DGFT Compliance
Apply, monitor, and close Advance Authorisations, EPCG, and LUT
Bonds.
Maintain up-to-date records for Customs, DGFT, and Bank obligations.
Ensure timely submission of documents for licence redemption and
audits.
2. Purchase & Imports
Handle procurement of APIs, intermediates, chemicals, solvents, and lab
materials (domestic & international).
Evaluate vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure cost-effective
sourcing.
Prepare import documentation (Bill of Entry, CHA coordination, landing
cost analysis).
Maintain vendor database and track supplier performance.
3. Export Documentation & Coordination
Prepare and verify export documents: Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping
Bills, RODTEP, Drawback claims, BRCs, and COO.
Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, banks, and customers to ensure
smooth export operations.
Follow up with customers for documents, payments, and compliance
requirements.
Maintain statutory export records for audits and government
submissions.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce / Science / Management.
Diploma / Certification in Export-Import Management or International
Tradepreferred.
8–10 years of experience in API / Chemical / Pharma industry with hands-
on exposure to DGFT, Customs, Purchase, and Export Documentation.
Strong working knowledge of ERP/SAP, MS Office, DGFT/ICEGATE, and
banking documentation portals.
