Fullstack Developer

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Python Full Stack Developer with a strong background in application architecture and design. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Python, with extensive experience in web frameworks such as Django or Flask along with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS and JavaScript. You'll play a key role in designing scalable applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust web applications using Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to define application architecture and ensure scalability and performance.
• Implement responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Utilize AWS cloud services to deploy and manage applications effectively.
• Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes.
• Ensure seamless communication with databases, optimizing queries and data models as necessary.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Python development (5+ years preferred).
• Strong application architecture and design skills.
• Proficiency in Django or Flask frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
• Proficiency of database communication, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Requirements

Technical Requirements

•   Experience working within Agile development environments.
•   Experience with Node.js, PHP, Laravel, React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3.
•   Experience with Redux, Redux Saga
•   OAuth and JWT Tokens experience is a plus.
•   Experience with the Next.js and Nest.js framework is a plus.
• Advanced Laravel Experience (Middleware, Collections, Policies, and Service Containers).
•   Experience with unit testing (PHP Unit).
•   Experience with MySQL profiling and query optimization.
•   Solid working experience building RESTful APIs.
•   Active experience integrating custom code with 3rd party web services.
•   Hands-on experience with tools such as Git and Jira.
•   Experience working in the AWS (Amazon Web Services) ecosystem.

 Job Duties

•   Work with a team of developers, BA, PM, QA, etc. to execute strategies and implement solutions to build quality business software applications.

•   Develop front-end and back-end components for large data-driven applications.
•   Review features requests, provide feedback, and develop/maintain features for web applications. 
•   Document your development process and development components. 
•   Work with other developers to complete tasks and share ideas.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with the full software design life cycle. They should have experience in designing, coding, testing and consistently managing applications They should be comfortable coding in a number of languages and have the ability to test code in order to maintain high-quality code.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
• 6 to 10 years of experience working with .NET or relevant experience

• Experience developing web-based applications in C#, HTML, JavaScript, VBScript/ASP, or .NET, Angular 8+
• Experience working with MS SQL Server and MySQL Knowledge of practices and procedures for full software design life cycle
• Experience working in an agile development environment

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• B.Tech or higher in Computer Science from a premier institute. (We are willing to waive this requirement if you are an exceptional programmer).

• You are a strong coder, Love to explore multiple languages and tech stacks; We are language-agnostic, and we love people who like to explore multiple stacks. We’re looking for people who can write clean, effective code.

• Building scalable & performant web systems with clear focus on reusable modules.

• You are comfortable in a high paced environment and can respond to urgent (and at times ambiguous) requests

• Ability to translate fuzzy business problems into technical problems & come up with design, estimates, planning, execution & deliver the solution independently.

Follow Agile development model to incrementally build out the applications with regular reviews with Product

• Knowledge in AWS would be great to have.

• Ability to work with databases, data pipelines.

Develop and manage e-commerce websites, web applications & websites.

Analyze, design, code, debug, test, document & deploy applications.

Participate in project & deployment planning.

Exp. In API creation/integration.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL

Extensive experience in PHP and MySQL.

Exposure to Magento 2, CMS, and JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery.

Demonstrable knowledge of XML, XHTML, HTML, CSS, Modules i.e. API integration, Payment Gateways, XML with a focus on standards.
