Roles & Responsibilities

• Administer and manage VMware / Omnissa VDI environments
• Manage and support Horizon infrastructure (Prod, DR, Non-Prod)
• Configure and maintain:
• Horizon desktop and application pools
• App Volumes
• DEM (Dynamic Environment Manager)
• Perform VDI monitoring, troubleshooting, and health checks
• Manage Thin / Zero clients and related updates
• Support VDI disaster recovery activities
• Work on vSphere (ESXi & vCenter) as required for VDI workloads
• Assist with upgrades, patching, and maintenance of VDI components
• Maintain documentation and follow SOPs
• Coordinate with internal teams for VDI-related projects and issues

Required Skillset

• Experience in Core Java 1.8 and above, Data Structures, OOPS, Multithreading, Algorithms, Collections, System Design, Unix/Linux. • Possess good architectural knowledge and be aware of enterprise application design patterns. • Should be able to analyze, design, develop and test complex, low-latency client-facing applications. • Good development experience with RDBMS. • Good knowledge of multi-threading and high-volume server-side development. • Basic working knowledge of Unix/Linux. • Excellent problem solving and coding skills in Java. • Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills. • Should be able to express their design ideas and thoughts.

Responsibilities 

• Should be able to understand functional & technical requirements from business and come up with solutions.

• Development, Support, Debugging and troubleshooting of the existing developed applications (Forms, Reports, Interfaces etc.).

• Should be able to configure Oracle EBS/Cloud including the configuration of Business Processes and security.

• Integrations of customized applications with Oracle standard applications modules.

• Should be very strong in SQL and strong in PLSQL (especially Packages, Procedures and Functions).

• Database structure design for Tables, views, sequences, synonyms, and database triggers etc.

• Training users/BSAs when required & preparing technical documentation.

• Ensure tickets are resolved within SLA’s and assignments are completed within the agreed deadlines

• Good enough to understand the existing PLSQL packages/procedures/functions and modified / create new ones as needed.

Requirement: 

• 4+ years of Technical or Techno-Functional experience in Oracle EBS R12/Cloud Applications on Oracle HR/HCM (Any Modules in HR), SQL/PLSQL. 

• Good experience with HR/HCM (Any Modules in HR) is a must and should understand the functionality.

• Should be able to understand (Any Modules in HR) data model and should be quick enough to switch from one product to another product easily.

• Ability to develop custom solutions, extensions, and integrations to meet specific business requirements.

• Proficiency in creating custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), and other reporting tools.

• Knowledge of security models, user roles, and access controls within Oracle Fusion applications to ensure data integrity and compliance.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address technical issues, system errors, and integration challenges.

• Good to have experience in Performance tuning techniques.

• Effective communication skills at all organizational levels, including written, oral, and presentation skills.

• Should be a good team with can do attitude.

• Capability to switch and willingness to work in any of the technologies as per the need basis.

Solutions Engineer is a strategic and high-exposure role that will drive the use of the company, being a trusted consultant to our customers by guiding them during the product's implementation and internally evangelizing on the diverse use cases of company implementation. You will drive the onboarding, product solutions, end-to-end implementation of the product, to deliver a seamless user experience.   

The job will require a bit of coding, client interactions, and working with different teams to build the solution & deliver it in a short period of time. 

This role has 3 layers to it - 

Solutioning 

• Configure all features of the company application, groups, and security settings in the company and other EAS systems.
• Leverage your vast knowledge and expertise across various Applications and Systems to define Blueprint for company Implementation in newer areas/applications.
• Monitor system performance, data integrity, and user activity to make recommendations on continuous improvements for the company platform.
• Build and motivate the team to build reusable solutions that can be easily adopted and deployed by customers.

Technical Enablement 

• Strategically Configure, Test, Document, and educate company team members on system design to ensure long-term success.
• Pilot processes with the aim to directly influence the overall Product development and improve the way our customers use the company
• Drive existing and new product feature adoption across Customers.
• Serve as the escalation point of contact for critical issues, for customer concerns relating to technical issues, and coordinate with Professional Services, Engineering, and Product teams.
• Enable the CSMs, Support & Implementation teams from a technical standpoint, to help them meet their SLA requirements (Bugs, Troubleshooting)
• Ensure Application Analysis and technical reviews are happening at the right time, within SLA.

Technical Account Management

• As a part of the Customer Success team, you will work with our Customer Success Managers and customers as Technical Owner to strategize on business objectives and implement company solutions to achieve them.
• During execution consult/ advise/ participate on calls with client's IT stakeholders (Heads, Leads, or senior technology folks), traveling to client locations as needed.
• Work cross-functionally in collaboration with different departments, including Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Support, and Marketing to address issues, questions, and requests.
• Build a relationship with the key customers, by engaging with the key stakeholders and technical leadership, on calls and in person.

What are we looking for?

• Has preferably worked in Product based or Consulting companies for International customers
• Comes with a work experience of 6+ years 
• Should be strong with Javascript, HTML, and CSS 
• Demonstrates the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders while dealing with complex situations
• Should be flexible to work in the EU (1 PM to 10 PM IST) or US (5 PM to 2 AM) time zones.
