Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth in staffing services and maintain strong client relationships. You will identify new business opportunities, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new clients for staffing services.
• Maintain strong client relationships and address their staffing needs.
• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and online platforms.
• Present proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to meet client expectations.
• Monitor client satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in staffing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

Must be very strong in UI framework (Angular) 

·        Good understanding of core JavaScript and OOJS concepts.

·        Working experience in Web services (SOAP/Restful) integration, failure analysis etc...

·        Hands-on development experience using JavaScript, HTML5, CSS 3, AJAX, JSON, Bootstrap, Angular.

·        Full stack development experience with C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API.

Short runs at Bourdaina are 3 month fast track programs with clearly defined processes & objectives. Atleast one short run is mandatory before joining us for long haul.

Here's what you'll do day-to-day:

•  Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through networking and social media.
• A sales intensive role where you help restaurants, F&B brand, Hotels and FMCG brands by selling Bourdaina products
• Demonstrating and presenting products and services.
• Account management for key clients of the organisation.
• Manage end-to-end client relationships including pitching, negotiation, contracting, billing/invoicing, and payment collection, result tracking and troubleshooting.

• Good experience in Angular.

• Experience with the following tools/ frameworks: Maven, GIT
• Experience in PKI is an asset
