Role Overview

We are hiring Illustration-Based Graphic Designers who can create high‑quality character illustrations, scenes, and visual storytelling assets.

This role is suitable for freshers who have strong artistic sense, concept understanding, and proficiency in core design tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Create illustrations based on the script provided (characters, backgrounds, scenes, elements).
• Convert concepts into clean and appealing visual designs.
• Collaborate with scriptwriters and motion designers for accurate visual representation.
• Maintain brand consistency and follow MotionGility’s visual style.
• Understand project requirements, scripts, and design briefs clearly.
• Deliver illustration assets ready for motion graphics team usage.

Minimum 7-12 Years of Core Java Programming with Collections Framework, Concurrent Programming, Multi-threading (Good knowledge in Executor service, Forkjoin pool and other threading concepts)

·        Good knowledge of the JVM with an understanding of performance and memory optimization.

·        Extensive and expert programming experience in JAVA programming language (strong OO skills preferred).

·        Excellent knowledge on collections like, Array List, Vector, LinkedList, Hashmap, HashTable, HashSet is mandate.

·        Exercised exemplary development practices including design specification, coding standards, unit testing, and code-reviews.

·        Expert level understanding of Object Oriented Concepts and Data Structures

·        Good experience in Database (Sybase, Oracle or SQL Server) like indexing (clustered, non clustered), hashing, segmenting, data types like clob / blob, views (materialized), replication, constraints,            functions, triggers, procedures etc.

• Own the messaging, style and tone of voice for TraceX
• Own the content strategy and calendar for different forms of content published by TraceX across its channels
• Custodian of the TraceX content guidelines and playbook, to be followed by employees across the organization when creating content for public consumption
