Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or a related field is preferred.

• Must have at least 5 to 7 years of experience in application development (Java,Spring Framework), Deployment(Apache Tomcat & Nginx)

• Sound knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) Patterns and Concepts.

• Knowledge & hands-on experience of Java, Spring Framework, Spring Security, JSP, Apache Tomcat, Nginx is a must.

• Must have experience with Bootstrap CSS, jQuery etc.

• Basic Understanding of PostgreSQL, MVC (Model-View-Controller) Pattern, JDBC (Java Database Connectivity), and RESTful web services.

• Relevant Knowledge of Java GUI frameworks according to project requirements.

• Experience in handling external and embedded databases.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop new modules, patches & Updates/upgrades for an existing application (developed in-house by the client)

• Bug fixing, and updating of software.

• Analyze user requirements to define business objectives.

• Maintain Java-based applications that can be high-volume and low-latency.

• Identify and resolve any technical issues arising.

• Write well-designed, testable code.

• Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.

• Support continuous improvement, investigating alternatives and technologies, and presenting for architectural review.

• Good experience in Javabackend/J2EE, Eclipse, Javascript, XML, Data Structures, Database 
• Should have good experience working in Springboot.
• Good experience in JSON / RESTful API / Web Services.
• Experience with Design Patterns.

About the role:

Growisto is looking to further increase its business primarily in Western, European and Middle East market. As a sales manager, you will be solving the below key problems:

1) How to close more accounts from North America, European and Middle East markets?

2) How to improve the increase leads to a conversion ratio?

3) How to get accounts with more recurring revenue and higher billing rate?

4) How to get more enterprise accounts?

-Work closely with the department head(s) to understand the sales gap and work backwards to close the same

-In order to close the sales, take complete ownership of providing the right solution to the prospects

-Achieve a high lead to conversion rate

-Be hands-on in taking the calls to qualify the leads and take them to conversion

-Develop the right sales collateral such as service deck, case studies, proposal templates, etc. to improve the conversion rate

-Work with practice head(s) to refine the working model to deliver the next results for the clients
