About the Role:
This position focuses on creating training content for our products, we do need someone with a strong background in education, training, or instructional design, ideally with experience in software training or within SaaS companies. The ideal candidate will be able to develop high-quality learning content, including e-learning modules, training guides, and videos, while effectively engaging end-users.
Key Skills We’re Looking For:
- Software Training & Facilitation – Experience in training end-users on complex software applications, including developing training guides, demos, or simulations.
- Assessment & Evaluation Tools – Familiarity with Questionmark, SurveyMonkey, Google Forms, or similar for designing and administering quizzes, assessments, and surveys.
- Collaboration & Project Management Tools – Proficiency in platforms like Microsoft SharePoint, Jira, Trello, Smartsheet, or TFS for coordinating projects and working with cross-functional teams.
- Content Authoring Tools – Experience with Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Audacity, or similar for developing e-learning modules and multimedia content.

Content Creator:
We are hiring an anchor/content creator for our YT channel. The candidate must be able to explain things well and can easily break down complex topics. The candidate would be adept at analyzing which content will work in the YouTube space. The candidate will have to prepare the script for this content with a clear and catchy flow right from the introduction to the body to the conclusion along with industry examples. The anchor will be creating videos on interesting career/educational topics. Past experience in creating educational content will be given priority.
