What we are looking for:

1. 1+ years of experience in Flutter (preferably in an app product company)

2. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git

3. Extensive experience with Firebase: Cloud Firestore, Firestore database, Push Notifications, Cloud Functions, etc

4. Familiarity with REST APIs

5. Experience in publishing Flutter apps on the Play Store and App Store

6. Knowledge of State Management Patterns like Provider

7. You can articulate complicated technical concepts clearly and learn adjacent technologies or coding languages if needed

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

1. Develop the application and features for both iOS and Android using the flutter framework

2. Participate in product and design ideation, and contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle: concept, design, build, deploy, test, release to app stores, and support

3. Lead and set the initial guidelines for tech culture in the company, as we grow

4. Document extensively on Github

5. Ensure architecture and code quality that can scale as the team grows

6. Work on code review, diagnose performance issues, fix bugs

7. Integrate APIs as and when required

8. Setting up events for users, performance, and other analytics

9. Automate things wherever needed

Compensation: ₹9 - ₹13 L per year (plus equity: 0.1% - 0.15%)

Responsibilities:

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including hardware engineers, system architects, and product managers, to define software requirements and specifications for embedded systems.

·        Design and develop efficient, reliable, and scalable embedded software solutions that meet the defined requirements.

·        Write, test, and debug code in programming languages commonly used for embedded systems, such as C, C++, and assembly language.

·        Interface with hardware components, such as sensors, actuators, microcontrollers, and communication interfaces (UART, SPI, I2C,CAN etc.).

·        Develop and implement device drivers, firmware, and low-level software to control hardware peripherals.

·        Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards.

·        Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing of the embedded software.

·        Analyse and optimize system performance, memory usage, and power consumption.

·        Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and resolve software defects.

·        Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies related to embedded systems and software development.

·        Document software design, code, and test procedures for internal and external use.

·        Provide technical support to other teams during product integration, testing, and deployment.

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

·        Proven experience in embedded software development, including designing, coding, testing, and debugging.

·        Proficiency in programming languages such as C and C++.

·        Familiarity with Embedded C, 32-bit microcontroller,16-bit microcontroller hardware interfaces.

·        Knowledge of real-time operating systems (RTOS) and multi-threaded programming.

·        Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex hardware-software interactions.

·        Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

·        Familiarity with communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, Ethernet) is desirable.

·        Knowledge of security considerations in embedded systems is an advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and manage highly trafficked, highly scalable web properties with PHP5 using Laravel/ZEND CodeIgniter/Yii/Symfony framework.
• Understand the specifications to define system requirements.
• Collaborate and communicate project updates and progress to team members and clients.
• Analyze, design, code, debug, test, document and deploy changes to the system.

• Manage sales operations in assigned district to achieve revenue goals.

• Experience in architecting the technical scale and scope of high volume, scalable enterprise software solutions including logical and physical landscape requirements with specific attention to design, development, and deployment strategies
• Capability to adapt, learn and work with multiple technology platforms. 
• Knowledge in Application Security including Information security principles & realization, OWASP & PCI DSS Compliance ( Security Design & Technology Skills )
• In depth knowledge and experience in large scale database management, data modelling and database design in RDBMS and NoSQL.
• Experience in recommending and implementing DevOps tools for enterprise projects.
• Capability to evaluate tools, technologies and processes, including assessing their strategic benefit in the solution.
• Willingness to work hands-on with engineers to review, troubleshoot coding problems quickly and efficiently.
• Expertise in following technologies – ASP.Net MVC, Web API, ASP.Net Core, Entity Framework, Entity Framework Core, ASP.Net Identity, REST
• Experience in implementing various application deployment models and monitoring the server infrastructure using industry standard tools.
• Experience in docker based deployment models.
• Experience in architecting, developing and deploying cloud based (One or more among AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) enterprise solutions.
• Experience in designing and developing micro-services based applications. 
• Experience in designing and developing solutions with TDD (Test Driven Development)
