• In-depth involvement and ownership of the financial and taxation due diligence function of the firm at every stage of the portfolio company’s transitional journey
• Developing a deep understanding and analysis of the portfolio company’s financial model
• Portfolio monitoring and financial/operational analysis
• Competition benchmarking and analysis
• Creation of frameworks and guidelines for key business functions both internal and with portfolio companies
• Stage-wise financial and operational goals setting and assessment for portfolio companies
• External and Internal reporting on a Quarterly and Annual basis

 

 

Qualifications:

• 4-6 years of relevant work experience

Desired Candidate Profile

Business Development/ Sales Manager profile with a Foreign client-facing role ( US & UK) and has some experience in the IT services/ Data industry. Please look for candidates who are working in data/technology/digital consulting companies. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required, having a focus of study in Sales/Marketing is highly desired. 5 years+ of successful experience in a Sales Professional role. Experience in individual key account management. Evidence of CRM use and adherence. The desire and ability to progress through the DPA career trajectory is a preferred characteristic.

Principal duties and responsibilities:

• Design and implementation of automotive applications
• Analysis of customer product requirements
• Review and investigate issues in code developed by peers
• Partner closely with customers and other Cerence teams to establish and maintain clear, concise communication through regular reporting, meeting participation, and follow-up
• Adopt underlying layers for Android Automotive to run on customer hardware

Education: Bachelor/Master in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent

Minimum years of work experience: 4+ years of industry experience

Required skills:

• 4 + years’ software development experience, preferably for automotive and in connection with user interface technologies
• Experience using modern development processes/tools and developing through the complete Software Development Life Cycle
• Experiences in programing and scripting languages (JAVA, Python, Typescript)
• Experience with using source control tools like Git and CI/CD pipeline tools like Jenkins
• Experience working in / Knowledge of Agile/Scrum framework
• Experience in Android development
• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
• Strong object-oriented analysis, design, and coding skills
• Fluent in English both written and spoken

Preferred skills:

Job Responsibilities: Software testing using test cases and test plans. To analyze & write test standards and procedures, to create test cases. Will be doing Black box testing, regression testing, Load Testing and Performance Testing. This can involve some extent of automated testing as well. Should have knowledge in testing methodologies using various tools and testing desktop products. Exposure to Network and Hardware devices will be added advantage. Independently understand functional spec and prepare test cases. Expertise in preparing test plans. Independently communicate with project teams (development) and coordinate the testing tasks (bug follow-up etc). Desired Candidate Profile Bachelor's Degree with relevant computer qualification. 2 years and above of Software Testing experience in Mac, Android/iPhone and Web application.
