Role Overview
As a Content Marketer, you will play a key role in building and executing VRT’s B2B content and lead generation strategy. This is a hands-on role focused on creating high-converting marketing content, supporting campaigns across LinkedIn, email, webinars, partnerships, and digital channels, and driving measurable business outcomes such as Leads → Calls Booked → Showups.
You will work closely with the CEO and internal stakeholders to translate business insights, stories, and offers into compelling content assets that attract, engage, and convert USA SMB entrepreneurs.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and support monthly pipeline targets across the funnel: Leads → Calls Booked → Showups.
- Plan and execute B2B lead generation campaigns across LinkedIn, email, webinars, partnerships, and other digital channels.
- Create, refine, and optimize content for lead generation and nurturing, including:
- LinkedIn posts
- Email sequences
- Newsletters
- Website and landing page copy
- Blogs and short-form articles
- Interview and gather content inputs from Rajesh Tedla (CEO) and internal stakeholders to extract insights, offers, and stories for campaigns.
- Convert raw ideas and inputs into polished, audience-focused marketing assets.
- Maintain consistency in VRT/EGA brand voice, messaging, and positioning.
- Publish and schedule content using approved marketing tools and maintain a structured content calendar.
- Track weekly funnel metrics and campaign performance to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates.
- Work with designers, editors, and other team members by preparing clear creative briefs and coordinating execution.
- Support performance marketing initiatives across LinkedIn and email; exposure to Meta, YouTube, and Instagram campaigns is a plus.
- Continuously test, learn, and improve messaging, content formats, and distribution strategies based on results.
Required Skills / What We’re Looking For
- 1–5 years of experience in content marketing, B2B marketing, lead generation, or growth marketing.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn and email marketing fundamentals.
- Ability to create persuasive and audience-relevant marketing copy.
- Good understanding of funnel metrics such as leads, booked calls, show rate, and conversions.
- Strong communication and execution skills with a high sense of ownership.
