Job Title: Front-End Developer – IVR & Web Technologies

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Front-End Developer with strong expertise in Angular, React.js, and JavaScript, and a good understanding of IVR systems, Perl/Bash scripting, and WebRTC. The ideal candidate should also be familiar with data visualization using D3.js and basic knowledge of web services (REST/SOAP).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using Angular and React.js
• Create dynamic and interactive UIs using JavaScript, D3.js, and modern frameworks
• Work with IVR systems and integrate them into web-based dashboards
• Write and manage Perl and Bash scripts to automate tasks and system interactions
• Implement and support WebRTC features for real-time communication interfaces
• Consume and interact with REST/SOAP web services
• Collaborate with back-end developers, designers, and system engineers to deliver high-quality solutions
• Troubleshoot and debug cross-browser and cross-platform issues

Job Summary

You will be responsible for driving sales of Flight, Hotel, and Holiday bookings by making outbound calls to travel agents, managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation and quoting to final payment follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Sales & Lead Generation:

• Initiate outbound calls to travel agents to generate sales leads for company offerings (Flight, Hotel, & Holidays).
• Actively cold call business owners and utilize referrals, direct mail, email, and networking to develop a database of qualified leads.

1. Sales and Quoting:

• Listen to customer (travel agent) requirements and present product/service information appropriately to close the sale.
• Ensure that price quotes are sent promptly to all qualified leads.

1. Follow-up and Payment:

• Conduct timely follow-ups with travel agents after quotes have been sent.
• Manage payment follow-ups and ensure all payments are secured before the travel dates.

1. Client Relationship Management:

• Source and develop strong client relationships and referrals.
• Maintain the customer database by inputting customer profiles, updates, and preparing monthly reports.

1. Team & Knowledge:

• Attend all team meetings and actively share best practices with colleagues.
• Demonstrate or gain working knowledge of the travel industry (an added advantage).

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field

Key Responsibilities:

• Leverage deep Antenna System knowledge specifically within the Automotive Infotainment Domain.
• Implement solutions for Telematics & Connectivity Antenna Module (TCAM) within automotive systems.
• Lead and collaborate on antenna system development, including Design, Simulation, Data Analysis, and Validation.
• Debug and resolve antenna-related issues, working hands-on with the team.
• Work closely with vendors to enhance the antenna fabrication process and explore innovative antenna materials to meet performance standards.
• Conduct antenna characterizations including input impedance, impedance matching, antenna isolation, gain, polarization, radiation patterns, and ECC.
• Utilize expertise in embedded C/C++, vehicle signals, AutoSAR, cybersecurity, Linux, and RTOS concepts.
• Prototype, tune, and measure antenna systems using VNA and anechoic chamber systems.

Key Skills:

• Proven expertise in Antenna Systems in the Automotive Infotainment Domain.
• Hands-on experience with embedded automotive connectivity processors (TCAM).
• Strong knowledge of vehicle signals, AutoSAR, and system architecture.
• In-depth understanding of antenna design, fabrication, and characterization.
• Experience in debugging, fixing antenna-related issues, and collaborating with vendors.
• Proficient in C/C++, Linux, RTOS, and cybersecurity concepts.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead, inspire, and mentor team members.

• 3+ Years of experience in developing iOS applications
• Experience in defining system architectures and exploring technical feasibility tradeoffs.
• Should have experience with Swift, Autolayout, MVVM / MVP Design pattern.
• Should have experience with common iOS libraries like RxSwift, Alarmofire etc
• Debugging skills, including identifying memory leaks, performance bottlenecks.
• Good command over Data Structures and Algorithms.
• Understanding of design for scalability, performance and reliability
