Job Summary :

We are hiring a motivated IT Sales Executive to generate leads and bring clients for our IT recruitment services. The role involves identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the IT staffing domain.

Mandatory Skills :

Lead generation, client acquisition, IT recruitment sales, strong communication & negotiation skills, and understanding of IT staffing services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Generate leads and acquire new clients for IT recruitment.
• Pitch recruitment services to HR/TA Heads and decision-makers.
• Prepare proposals and close business deals.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

• 1 to 3 years of experience in IT sales or recruitment sales.
• Good understanding of IT staffing and technologies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
