Job Summary:
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales growth through direct interactions with potential clients. The role involves prospecting, engaging with new and existing customers, and building long-term relationships to promote A2M Technologies' products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify potential clients through field visits, cold calling, and networking.
Sales Presentations: Present A2M Technologies’ products and services to prospective clients, highlighting their value proposition.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms of agreements, close sales deals, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust strategies accordingly.
Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Sales Reporting: Provide daily/weekly sales reports and updates to the sales manager.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of the products and services offered by A2M Technologies.
After-Sales Support: Ensure timely follow-up with client's post-sales and resolve any issues related to the product or service.
*Cross-functional Collaboration: * Work closely with other departments like marketing, customer service, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery to clients.
Key Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: 0-3 years of experience in field sales or a similar role.
Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel frequently.
