POSITION: Sr. QA Engineer  

We are looking for a seasoned and results-driven Senior QA Engineer with 7 to 8 years of experience in Manual and Automation Testing. The candidate should have deep expertise in QA processes, strong automation skills using Python or equivalent, and the ability to lead quality initiatives for our core product suite. You won't just be finding bugs — you will be building a resilient quality ecosystem that leverages modern tools. 

What You’ll Be Doing:  

● Understand business requirements and convert them into test scenarios and test cases 

● Perform Manual Testing including Functional, Regression, Integration, & System Testing 

● Develop, maintain, and execute Automation Scripts using Python 

● Identify, report, and track defects using defect management tools 

● Work closely with Developers, Product Managers, and QA team members 

● Lead requirement analysis, test planning, and test case reviews 

● Contribute to improving QA processes and automation coverage 

● Participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-functional reviews 

● Identify, report, and track defects using defect management tools; manage triage and resolution with development teams 

● Catch edge cases before they become production issues 

● Co-ordination is release processes 

Automation Skills:  

● Maintain, and extend robust Automation Frameworks ( PyTest / Selenium) for UI and backend services as well as design patterns, and CI/CD integration 

● Monitor nightly automation runs, troubleshoot defects 

● Ability to design, extend, debug, and maintain test frameworks independently 

API and Database Testing:  

● Perform contract testing and functional validation of REST APIs using Postman or similar tools. 

● Write complex SQL queries to validate data pipelines, migrations 

Qualifications:  

● Strong understanding of Software Testing concepts 

● Experience in writing Test Cases and Test Scenarios 

● Experience in Defect Tracking tools (JIRA, etc.) 

● Experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) 

● Experience in Agile / Scrum methodology 

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a 'break-it' mentality 

● Good communication skills — ability to articulate quality risks to non-technical stakeholders

Job description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant with a strong background in banking and financial operations. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end accounting activities, financial reporting, reconciliations, compliance, and support audits while ensuring accuracy and adherence to banking and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, ledger management, and month-end closing.

Handle bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.

Manage accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and customer collections.

Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and banking-related reports.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and regulatory guidelines.

Coordinate with banks for loan documentation, fund transfers, BGs, LCs, and other banking activities.

Support internal and external audits with proper documentation.

Monitor financial performance and provide insights for decision-making.

Assist management with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA/CA Inter preferred.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles (Tally / ERP / GST / TDS).

Experience in banking operations such as loan processing, reconciliations, and cash flow management.

Proficiency in MS Excel, financial analytics, and reporting.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience

4–10 years of experience in accounting.

Mandatory experience handling banking operations or working in a bank/financial institution.

6+ years of total software development experience with minimum 3+ years in Flutter

Product-based company experience is mandatory (B2C scale preferred)

Proven ability to own end-to-end Flutter mobile architecture for high-scale apps

Strong expertise in Dart, Flutter SDK internals, and advanced state management (Bloc / Riverpod / Provider)

Hands-on experience with platform channels and native integrations (Android & iOS)

Deep knowledge of performance optimization: app startup time, FPS, memory leaks, widget rebuilds, rendering pipeline

Experience with profiling tools (Dart DevTools, Android Profiler, Xcode Instruments)

Strong skills in offline-first architecture, caching layers, and API integrations

Ability to optimize video playback, downloads, DRM, and OTT workflows

Strong command of clean code, SOLID principles, and scalable mobile system design

Experience reviewing code and mentoring engineers (Senior IC role

• Have been involved in the delivery of at least five Microsoft Dynamics CRM projects. 
• 3+ Years of custom development experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365.
• Experience in Sales and Service modules.
• Experience in .NET, C#, ASP.NET & JavaScript programming. 
• Experience in building canvas app, model driven app and power automate flows is required.
• Proven experience in consulting on software products, business analysis & requirements gathering. 
• Proficiency in developing plug-in & workflow assemblies.

Utilising Django, you'll architect backend infrastructures optimised for handling data processes and LLM interactions. Your role involves building APIs with the Django Rest Framework. Requirements:
