Role Description

This is a full-time remote position for a Digital Marketer. The Digital Marketer will be responsible for developing and implementing online marketing strategies, managing social media accounts, analyzing digital campaigns, generating leads, and optimizing web traffic and user engagement. Daily responsibilities include planning and executing digital marketing campaigns, creating content for social channels, monitoring analytics, and driving growth through innovative marketing approaches.

Qualifications

We are looking to hire an experienced and motivated Online Bidder who can handle bidding on platforms like Freelancer.com and Upwork.com. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of both portals and a proven track record of winning projects in the domains of web design, development, UI/UX design, branding, mobile apps, and digital marketing.

Prior experience in bidding on Freelancer and Upwork (minimum 1 year preferred)

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

Ability to write effective and tailored proposals

Knowledge of IT services and project cycles

Self-motivated and target-oriented

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Experience in B2B sales in any industry, if experience in merchant acquiring, transaction banking, digital payments or cloud platforms, it will be an added advantage.
• Willingness to travel, job requires anywhere between 3-7 working days of travel in a month
• Relationship with ecommerce incubator and website/ mobile app development service providers is preferred.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Identify leads in government, education and utility; and work towards signing them with PayU for payment gateway products.
• Manage existing accounts to ensure revenue levels are grown and product array widened, through cross sell
• Work closely with regional business lead in strategic and tactical planning for the region
• Conduct product presentations, demo, commercial negotiation and agreement closure.
• Act as first point of contact from business team for merchant queries.
• Work with internal stakeholders in ensuring customer satisfaction with PayU product & services
• Achieve allocated quarterly and yearly targets for sales in southern region.

 Basic Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked, high-energy environment.
• Collaborative working style. Must work well in a team environment.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in CS concepts such as Data Structures, Algorithms and Operating systems.
• More than 2 years of experience in a development Team with very good knowledge and hands-on experience using Java technologies.
• Knowledge of Java MVC Framework Spring MVC / Spring Boot.
• Good SQL and NoSQL skills
• Knowledge of/experience developing Web APIs using RESTFUL services.
• Deep expertise in at least one programming language & tech stack to write maintainable, scalable, unit-tested code - preferably Java.

Good to Have

• Strong object-oriented design skills, knowledge of design patterns, and an uncanny ability to design intuitive module and class-level interfaces.
• Participation in open source projects.
• Active involvement in solving problems on Github, Stackoverflow and similar other community groups
• Hands on experience on PubSub patterns such as Kafka / RMQ
• Experience with full life cycle development in any programming language on a Linux platform

• Client engagements, Candidate management, Sourcing, Screening, interviewing and
• assessing candidates.
• Meeting Future technology leaders face to face and building a relationship with them
• Source candidates using databases, social media, etc. Evaluate resumes and applications
• Assume responsibility of pre-interview screening
• Match the most suitable candidates for different positions. Foster a good relationship with
• the clients.
• Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidate and employer
