Job Brief:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Quality Lead to oversee all aspects of quality assurance and quality control within projects. The role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate closely with business and product development teams to ensure high product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide QA leadership for the product testing organization.
• Drive long-term improvements in testing processes, automation, frameworks, and tools.
• Collaborate with business and product teams to ensure adequate test coverage.
• Review and improve testing processes across product teams and align with best practices.
• Author test strategies and test plans.
• Identify gaps in test coverage using quality metrics.
• Manage defect triage processes and continuous defect reviews.
• Ensure closure of testing activities including sign-off and documentation.
• Prepare reports on test results, defects, test coverage, and quality metrics.
• Resolve testing challenges and introduce innovative testing techniques.
• Manage, coach, and mentor QA team members.
• Work closely with stakeholders including developers, technical operations, product management, and support teams.
• Promote a culture of quality, accountability, and discipline.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of experience in Software Quality and Testing.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience leading quality engineering teams.
• Experience testing Cloud SaaS applications.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, testing methodologies, release management, and deployment processes.
• Experience with defect management and QA processes.
• Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Experience with test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, or Azure DevOps and basic SQL knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• ISTQB or Scrum certification is a plus.
