Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer with 3+ years of experience in building scalable web applications using ReactJS, Python, and PostgreSQL. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in frontend and backend development, database design, API development, and cloud-based application deployment. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS and Python.
• Build reusable frontend components and implement modern UI/UX practices.
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services using Python frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases, including schema design, indexing, and query optimization.
• Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
• Work with Git-based version control systems and CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

Required Skills

Frontend

• Strong experience with ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with React Hooks, Context API, Redux, or similar state management libraries.
• Knowledge of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Backend

• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask frameworks.
• Experience in building and consuming REST APIs.
• Understanding of asynchronous programming concepts.

Database

• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, query optimization, indexing, and database design.

Tools & Technologies

• Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Docker and containerization concepts.
• CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Linux environments.

• Build the backend and deploy systems powering the app

The technical lead is a leader within our client-facing project delivery team structure and sets best practices, approach and direction for the technical aspects of our practice. The ideal candidate has a passion for the web and higher education and is a champion for Laravel or similar frameworks.  And guide our passionate Software Developers to design, develop robust products. Candidates should be open minded to new solutions, forward thinking and strong ability to adapt. As a Lead, you’ll work closely with our engineers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience. Ultimately, you should be able to lead, develop and maintain functional and stable web applications to meet our company’s needs along with managing the team.

Primary Responsibilities

• Participates in pre-project business development activities including writing proposals, developing price estimates, and delivering pitches for new work.

• Experience/Knowledge of microservice architecture
• Fluency and Hands-on Experience on Laravel 5+ PHP Framework (specially working with Eloquent Models/Collections) and/or React/Redux is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL and/or NoSql based DB such as MongoDB.
• Experience in JavaScript. Vue JS/React JS is a plus
