Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Java (primary) and working knowledge of Python. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable backend systems, while contributing to high-quality software delivery across the full development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance applications using Java (Spring Boot / Microservices architecture)
• Develop reusable components and APIs with a focus on performance, security, and scalability
• Leverage Python for automation, scripting, data processing, or ML-related use cases (as applicable)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, DevOps, and Architecture
• Participate in system design discussions and contribute to technical decision-making
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following coding standards and best practices
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Troubleshoot and debug complex production issues
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Mentor junior engineers and perform code reviews

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, multithreading, concurrency, and JVM performance tuning
• Practical experience with Python (automation, scripting, or backend development)
• Experience with databases: SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and/or NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design
• Experience with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
• Exposure to containerization & orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience with version control systems (Git)

Preferred Skills

• Experience in distributed systems and event-driven architectures

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Lead Generation & Prospect Management

- Identify, qualify, and pursue high-potential leads from priority sectors

such as manufacturing, IT, pharma, energy, and sustainability.

- Conduct sector-specific market research and competitor analysis to

uncover new opportunities.

Key Account Engagement & Consultative Selling

- Engage senior-level decision-makers (CXOs, Plant Heads,

Compliance Officers) to understand their certification and assurance

needs.

- Nurture long-term relationships with strategic clients to ensure

retention and up-selling.

Proposal Development & Closure

- Prepare detailed proposals, RFP responses, and pricing strategies in

coordination with the technical and operations team.

- Manage complex sales cycles, including technical clarifications,

legal/commercial negotiations, and stakeholder presentations.

- Ensure timely deal closures aligned with monthly and quarterly sales

targets. Coordination & Reporting

- Liaise with internal teams for seamless service delivery, client

onboarding, and project execution post-contract.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales

funnel, and conversions using CRM.

- Generate periodic reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and account

performance for senior management.

- Support the marketing team in developing client-centric campaigns and thought leadership content (case studies, whitepapers).

We are looking for a great JavaScript developer who is proficient with React.js. Your primary focus will be on developing user interface components and implementing them following well-known React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux). You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will coordinate with the rest of the team working on different layers of the infrastructure. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and quality product is important.

• Developing new user-facing features using React.js

• Building reusable components and front-end libraries for future use

• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code

1)SAP FI Consultant Chartered Accountant or MBA from premier institutions.
