Role Description:

Consultant - Software Engineer / Solution Lead role is responsible for providing design solutions to meet business requirements, 

combining system and technical understanding.  

 Must be having atleast 8+ years of experience with modern web technologies, preferably with React/TypeScript

• Must be having hands-on experience with AWS - Serverless, CDK (Key services - API Gateway, Lambda, DynamoDB, CloudFront)

• Experience in creating new- reference architectures and patterns, execute POCs and establish reference implementations

You'll be trained first on content writing through online meets. After that, you'll be required to do the assigned tasks.

HealthPlix is looking for talented and competitive ‘Business Development Manager/Executive who thrive to become sales champions. The role will require you to visit doctors of single and multi-speciality clinics and enable them to digitize their clinics.If you want to make an impact in the Healthcare industry and be a part of the digital revolution then HealthPlix is the right place for you.

In the role of BDM, the employee will play a pivotal role in achieving our ambitious Doctor acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

• Understand needs and requirements; build a strong relationship with doctors
• Visit the assigned market territory to conduct demos for users (doctors) and manage deal closure
• Building sales pipeline by acquiring new and converting competition user
• Rigorous & structured follow-ups with Doctors to ensure sales closure
• Provide in-depth platform training to the doctors and clinic staff
• Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly targets
• Maintain and expand your database of prospects through referral channel

• Excellent communication skills(English & Regional language preferred) with a focus on driving a sales
• Plan and travel extensively across the assigned territory & upcountry if required
• Strong people skills with high customer-centricity
• Good technical understanding of the product

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
• Development experience with programming languages Python, Javascript, NodeJS
• At least 2-3 years of experience in Python and React
• SQL database or relational database skills
• Strong understanding of the software development cycle
• Self-motivation and the ability to work under minimal supervision are a must
• Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with all levels in the organization

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented communications and marketing specialist who can identify, develop and help amplify the stories that elevate the brand value of Bhumi. You will develop communication and marketing strategies for better engagement with employees, volunteers, donors, partner organisations, and corporate companies. You will be part of a dynamic, driven, and passionate young team of employees (~ 40 members) and volunteers (hundreds of them ) 

What You Will Do: 

• Craft compelling messaging and narratives that evoke positive and vibrant imagery of the organization, along with visually compelling content like videos and infographics
• Develop internal and external communications strategies, and execute them for projects, events, and the organization as a whole
• Partner with key stakeholders to understand upcoming initiatives across India and develop integrated communications plans, then execute. 
• Write memorable, engaging communication across all channels (e.g. Email Campaigns, Blogs, Social Media, PR, etc) that drive awareness of key initiatives and inspire volunteers and donors to take action 
• Plan, strategize and execute the large-scale events (Eg. Daan Utsav, Volunteer recruitment) and digital campaigns 
• Track the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals
• Analyse metrics and optimise email and advertising campaigns
• Collaborate with key volunteers nationally to align and implement a communications strategy and messaging
• Manage the messaging on websites and ensure the brand perception is consistent across digital and offline channels
• Oversee the execution of newsletters and all communications (like annual reports, brochures, etc.)

What You Need

• Outstanding written and verbal communication, strong copywriting and content creation skills
• Willingness to work, network and collaborate with volunteer coordinators based out of cities where Bhumi is present
• Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
• Proven track record of developing and executing creative communications plans
• 5+ years of experience in the communications role
• Availability during weekends.

What Is Nice To Have

• Bachelors/Master’s degree in marketing, journalism, business, or related field
• Ability to communicate in Tamil, English and Hindi
• Prior experience of working or volunteering with NGOs
• Good network in the traditional media and digital/social media influencers

• Remuneration: CTC 6-9 Lakhs p.a. based on the candidate’s profile
