🛠️ What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain scalable Python back-end systems that power Convertlens and internal applications.
• Develop Agentic AI applications and workflows to drive automation and insights.
• Design and implement connectors to third-party systems (APIs, CRMs, marketing tools) to source and unify data.
• Ensure system reliability with strong practices in observability, monitoring, and troubleshooting.

⚙️ What You Bring

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Python back-end development.
• Strong understanding of REST API design and integration.
• Proficiency with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).

Meet with stakeholders, customers, and project teams to collect requirements, scope projects, and contribute to creative

∙Implement modifications to existing campaigns to accommodate changes in user requirements 

∙Employ best practices in developing, conducting, and interpreting A/B tests and personalization campaigns focused on user 

experience and effectiveness against project goals 

∙Identify areas for improvements and assist in managing projects to implement enhancements to completion  

∙Maintain campaign code in GitHub following established organization standards and development guidelines

Tools: 

∙Must have 5+ years minimum experience in building and maintaining web applications. 

∙Must have experience in web technologies HTML5, CSS3, JSON, JavaScript, Web services (SOAP/REST). 

∙Must have Experience in CSS and JavaScript frameworks like Bootstrap, jQuery etc. 

∙Experience with SASS/LESS frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal audits for PCI DSS, ISO 27001, ISO 9001, and other compliance frameworks.
• Develop and implement audit plans and ensure regular assessments.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled AI Project Field Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing AI projects on-site, ensuring the seamless deployment and operation of AI models and systems. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a strong customer focus.

Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage AI projects on customer sites, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
• Deploy and run AI models using PyTorch on various hardware configurations.
• Set up and maintain computer networks, particularly those involving IP cameras.
• Write and maintain shell scripts to automate deployment and monitoring tasks.
• Develop and troubleshoot Python code related to AI models and their deployment.
• Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and ensure their success with our AI solutions.
• Perform on-site visits as required to install, test, and troubleshoot AI systems.
• Provide training and support to customers on the use and maintenance of deployed AI systems.
• Work closely with the development team to provide feedback and insights from the field.
• Document all processes, configurations, and customer interactions for future reference.

1. 1.5+ Years of experience in .net, asp.net and C#, WCF/API and REST services.
2. Hands on experience with CSS, Javascript and JQuery.
3. Strong knowledge in OOPS concepts.
4. Knowledge of T SQL with Sql server 2008 R2/2012 including Stored Procedures, Triggers & User Defined Functions.
5. Good to have CSS3 and HTML5 knowledge.
6. Good communication Skills are required.
