Responsibilities:
- Thorough understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and hands-on experience with Google Adwords, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other popular platforms.
- Good knowledge and experience with online marketing tools and best practices for lead generation and performance marketing
- Excellent written communication and keyword research capabilities
- Should be able to prepare and manage a digital marketing plan and budget
- Oversee social media accounts and have hands-on experience with online reputation management tools
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics and other analytical tools and have an understanding of webpage fundamentals and performance metrics

The responsibilities in this position include but are not limited to...
- Ensuring both the ad account and website are optimized for the highest conversion rate possible
- Creating custom audiences and lookalike audiences
- Building out campaign frameworks & executing campaigns inside ad accounts
- Manage the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.
- Optimizing, Budgeting, and Scaling campaigns
- Providing reports for Managers, which includes ad spend, CPA, and ROAS data as well as creative direction for campaigns.
- Work with the design team to coordinate graphic design projects.
- Collaborate with marketing teammates to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.

The Role – Head of B2B Marketing
Reporting to - Vice President Marketing
NOTE: Not looking for a “Check in the box” marketer but a strong “Result/Output oriented Data-Centric marketer” who understands the Metrics that matter.
About the role:
You will be responsible and accountable for planning, developing, implementing, and delivering the
organisation’s B2B marketing strategies for growing its customer base. No doubt the role is a
demanding one and includes but is not restricted to:
- Manage the B2B vertical for Product Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Digital Marketing
- Demand and Lead generation (inbound and outbound) and ensure the quality of leads (quality over quantity)
- Understand the B2B and Technology space and customer behaviour of different segments
- Build a data-driven strategy and funnel for improving marketing performance, execute A/B tests and use data to separate Signal from Noise
- Build new sources of Lead Generation channels and effectively nurture leads
