Product Manager

We are hiring Full Stack Developers who are passionate, self-driven and capable of working in both frontend and backend technologies. They will work closely with our product team in building features and applications to directly benefit the product's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Managing the complete software development process from conception to deployment
• Developing and managing well-functioning databases and applications.
• Modifying and testing changes to previously developed program
• Working effectively in collaboration with other teams /partners in Scaled Agile Framework and other support functions when required with a continuous focus on improving applications.
• Ensuring quality delivery of the code to UAT and production environments with complete ownership.
• Working towards improving code quality standardization.
• Maintaining and upgrading the software following deployment
• Managing the end-to-end life cycle for the production of software and applications
• Overseeing and guiding the analyzing, writing, building, and deployment of software
• Overseeing the automated testing and providing feedback to management during the development process
• Being creative in using tools and third-party services to deliver the code faster

Requirements:

• Extensive experience in Python in the backend
• Experience in web frameworks like Django
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS and Javascript front-end frameworks such as React, Vue or such
• Experience with Postgres, SQLite
• Experience with Version Control Systems like Git 
• Sound knowledge of Software engineering best practices
• Sound knowledge in RestFul API Design
• Good knowledge of database concepts
• Good understanding of incorporating ML models in Python applications
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in maintaining production servers
• Experience with AWS / Digital Ocean / Heroku

• Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Work with outside data sources and APIs
• Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Performing Manual Functionality Testing
2. Preparing Documentation like Test Plan, User manual etc.
3. Co-ordination with Business team for requirement understanding
4. Providing operational support as needed

Skills & Qualification:

1. BE or MCA
2. 2+ years of relevant work experience
3. Experience in Manual Testing of App, Web and APIs
4. Basic Knowledge of SQL
5. Knowledge of JavaScript and Automation Tool like Selinium, Jmeter etc. is preferred

Technical Competency: 

• Significant PHP knowledge, including experience building/customizing object-oriented web-application in PHP.
• Past working exposure with Zend Framework, Cake PHP, Laravel, Symfony OR any other MVC focused PHP web application framework that consists set of reusable PHP components/libraries.
• Good experience interacting with MySQL database systems through an abstraction layer in addition to the ability to write raw SQL statements.
• Basic knowledge with client-side scripting and familiarity with JavaScript libraries and frontend development approaches.

Key Responsibility Areas: 

• Codebase development & various frontend/backend feature enhancements for applications
• Managing development processes, version control, build/deployment release planner and other technical documentation/working notes
• Prioritize and proactively manage the work-task/tickets that come through any queue or roadblocks
• Proactively communicate issues or delays to the leads
• Understand and effectively communicate various status updates, progress and decisions with clienteles’ team
• Ongoing reporting on project activities and ensuring timely completion of projects/assignments

Job Description:

• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers.
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules.
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges.
• Integration of data storage solutions (may include databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks (such as Laravel, Codeignitor, Yii, etc depending on your technology stack)
• Understanding the fully synchronous behavior of PHP.
• Understanding of MVC design patterns.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as JavaScript, JQuery, HTML5 and CSS3
• Knowledge of object oriented PHP programming
• Understanding accessibility and security compliance (Depending on the specific project)
• Strong knowledge of the common PHP or web server exploits and their solutions.
• Understanding fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Familiarity with limitations of PHP as a platform and its workarounds
• Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and their declarative query languages
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Gif.
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable PHP modules.
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
• Integration of data storage solutions (may include databases, key-value stores, blob stores, etc}
• Hands on Experience with AWS and NoSQL Database, Integration of AWS Services. (Mandatory)
