We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Success Manager - India to ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients. As the Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, resolving inquiries through chat, liaising with product and service providers, and building scalable processes for future customer support team members. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for designated SaaS and enterprise client accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction through timely and effective communication.
• Intercom Management: Oversee the Intercom platform to respond to customer inquiries, provide technical support, and address product-related questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Issue Resolution: Work closely with internal teams and external product/service providers to resolve customer queries, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely resolution to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Process Development: Develop and implement efficient and scalable processes for managing customer support inquiries, including ticket management, escalation procedures, and knowledge base documentation.
• Team Leadership: Eventually lead, mentor, and coach the customer support team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
• Training and Onboarding: Develop comprehensive training materials and onboarding processes for new customer support team members, facilitating their integration into the team and ensuring alignment with service standards.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor key performance metrics such as revenue growth of existing business. Once there is a team, also to measure response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores, and take proactive measures to address any areas for improvement.

Skills & Qualification

• Open to both freshers and experienced candidates. We are looking for someone who is quick to learn, adaptable, and able to work with minimal supervision. Prior experience in customer service or fintech is a plus but not mandatory.
• Intercom Expertise: Proficiency in using Intercom or similar customer support platforms to manage and respond to customer inquiries efficiently.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Leadership Abilities: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.

We are looking for a creative and talented Video Editor / Motion Graphic Designer to join our growing digital marketing team! In this role, you will be responsible for crafting social media posts animations, raw footage into high-quality, engaging video content that supports our marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. You will work closely with marketing teams, project managers, and other creatives to bring video concepts to life and ensure our videos resonate with our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble video content for various digital marketing channels, including social media, website, and email marketing.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to understand campaign goals and brand messaging.
• Translate marketing briefs and scripts into visually compelling video stories.
• Utilize professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) to edit footage, add graphics, transitions, sound effects, and music.

• Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop).
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Job Responsibilities

✓ Perform the role of Technical Lead on assigned projects to drive solution design (especially backend) and API services development.

✓ Be the thought leader and champion for above mentioned technologies.

✓ Drive technical analysis for new projects including planning and driving proof-of-concepts, if needed.

What Are We Looking For?

Job Description:

• Hands on experience with Ansible & Terraform.
• Scripting language, such as Python or Bash or PowerShell is required and willingness to learn and master others. 
• Troubleshooting and resolving automation, build, and CI/CD related issues (in cloud environment like AWS or Azure).
• Experience with Kubernetes is mandate.
• To develop and maintain tooling and environments for test and production environments.
• Assist team members in the development and maintenance of tooling for integration testing, performance testing, security testing, as well as source control systems (that includes working in CI systems like Azure DevOps, Team City, and orchestration tools like Octopus).
• Good with Linux environment.

Requirements

• Design, write and build tools to improve the reliability, latency, availability and scalability of HealthifyMe application.

• Communicate, collaborate and work effectively across distributed teams in a global environment

• Optimize performance and solve issues across the entire stack: hardware, software, application, and network.

• Experienced in building infrastructure with terraform / cloudformation or equivalent.
• Experience with ansible or equivalent is beneficial
• Ability to use a wide variety of Open Source Tools
• Experience  with AWS is a must.
• Minimum 5 years of running services in a large scale environment.
• Expert level understanding of Linux servers, specifically RHEL/CentOS.
• Practical, proven knowledge of shell scripting and at least one higher-level language (eg. Python, Ruby, GoLang).
• Experience with source code and binary repositories, build tools, and CI/CD (Git, Artifactory, Jenkins, etc)
• Demonstrable knowledge of TCP/IP, HTTP, web application security, and experience supporting multi-tier web application architectures.
