Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Python, pytest, and Selenium for Salesforce and web applications.
• Create and manage test environments using Docker to ensure consistent testing conditions.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define test scenarios.
• Execute automated and manual tests, analyze results, and report defects using GitLab or other tracking tools.
• Perform regression, functional, and integration testing for Salesforce applications and customizations.
• Ensure test coverage for Salesforce features, including custom objects, workflows, and Apex code.
• Contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines in GitLab for automated testing.
• Document test cases, processes, and results to maintain a comprehensive testing repository.
• Stay updated on Salesforce updates, testing tools, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in automation testing, preferably with exposure to Salesforce applications.
• Proficiency in Python, pytest, Selenium, Docker, and GitLab for test automation and version control.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Salesforce platform testing, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
• Active Salesforce Trailhead profile with demonstrated learning progress (please include Trailhead profile link in application).
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator or Platform Developer) are a plus.
• Familiarity with testing Apex code, Lightning components, or Salesforce integrations.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of Webkul’s product ecosystem or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.

• Convert leads into successful admissions by effectively communicating the benefits of Amity University.
• Follow up with potential students to facilitate the application process.

1. School and College Outreach:

• Visit schools and colleges in Visakhapatnam to build relationships and promote Amity University.
• Conduct presentations to highlight the university's offerings.

1. Seminar Participation:

• Participate in seminars to represent Amity University and address queries from attendees.
• Collaborate with marketing teams for successful seminar organization.

1. Application Management:

• Oversee the admission application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Work with administrative staff to streamline and enhance the application experience.

1. Reporting:

• Maintain records of counseling sessions and admissions progress.
• Provide regular reports on counseling activities to the immediate supervisor.

1. Event Coordination:

• Assist in organizing and coordinating admission-related events and activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Previous experience in admission counseling is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathy and understanding in assisting students through the admission process.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other team members.

- Business Associate at Merilytics will be working on complex analytical projects and is the primary owner of the work streams involved.

- The Business Associates are expected to lead the team of Business Analysts to deliver robust analytical solutions consistently and mentor the Analysts for professional development.

Roles and Responsibilities :

The roles and responsibilities of a Business Associate will include the below:

- Proactively provide thought leadership to the team and have complete control on the delivery process of the project.

- Understand the client's point of view and translate it into sound judgment calls in ambiguous analytical situations.

- Highlight potential analytical issues upfront and resolve them independently.

- Synthesizes the analysis and derives insights independently.

- Identify the crux of the client problem and leverage it to draw relevant actionable insights from the analysis/work.

- Ability to manage multiple Analysts and provide customized guidance for individual development.

Pre-requisites and skillsets required to apply for this role :

- Undergraduate degree (B.E/B.Tech.) from tier-1/tier-2 colleges are preferred.

- Should have 2-4 years of experience.

- Ability to use business judgement and a structured approach towards solving complex problems.

- Experience in client-facing/professional services environment is a plus.

What you need to have:

• Meeting with clients to discuss website design and function.
• Designing and building the website front end
• Creating the Website architecture
• Designing and managing the website back end including database and server integration.
• Generating wordpress themes and plugins
• Bootstrap will add advantage.

The ideal candidate should be a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a team player. He or she should have experience of at least 5+ years in MEAN stack development.

Should have hands-on experience in the following:

• Hands-on experience in designing and developing applications using MEAN stack and have at
• least 5+ years experience on the same.
• Should have excellent in-depth knowledge of Nodejs and Mongo DB.
• Working knowledge of RESTful web services.
• Working knowledge of Angular js.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, and CSS3.
• Integration of user-facing elements developed by front-end developers with server-side logic
• Design and implementation of low-latency, high-availability, and performant applications
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Good communication skills.
• Experience in working effectively within a team
