About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Relationship Executives to join our growing healthcare sales team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about healthcare, relationship building, and field sales.

As a Relationship Executive, you will work closely with doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, and expectant parents to promote cord blood banking, diagnostics, and other healthcare services while driving business growth through lead generation and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Meet and engage with doctors to promote cord blood banking and stem cell applications.

Generate leads by visiting hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, and healthcare centers.

Build strong relationships with hospital staff, nursing teams, coordinators, and doctor attendants.

Conduct counselling sessions for expectant parents and prospective clients.

Promote diagnostic and healthcare services introduced by the company.

Organize presentations and awareness sessions at hospitals and client locations.

Manage client enrollment, documentation, payment collection, and service coordination.

Maintain accurate records of leads, counselling activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.

Coordinate logistics and ensure a smooth customer experience.

Gather and share market intelligence and competitor information.

Candidate Profile

Graduate in B.Pharm, D.Pharm, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.

Freshers are encouraged to apply.

Prior experience in healthcare sales, hospital marketing, diagnostics, or pharmaceutical sales is an advantage.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
