Job Description:

Infilect is a GenAI company pioneering the use of Image Recognition in Consumer Packaged Goods retail.

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to be responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our Cloud, AI workflows, and AI-based Computer Systems. Furthermore, the candidate will supervise the implementation and maintenance of the company’s computing needs including the in-house GPU & AI servers along with AI workloads.

Responsibilities

• Understanding and automating AI based deployment an AI based workflows
• Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
• Manage Cloud, computer systems and other IT assets.
• Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)
• Design, develop, implement, and coordinate systems, policies, and procedures for Cloud and on-premise systems
• Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems
• Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy
• Identify problematic areas, perform RCA and implement strategic solutions in time
• Preserve assets, information security, and control structures
• Handle monthly/annual cloud budget and ensure cost effectiveness

Requirements and skills

• Well versed in automation tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Puppet, Ansible etc.
• Working Knowledge of Python, SQL database stack or any full-stack with relevant tools.
• Understanding agile development, CI/CD, sprints, code reviews, Git and GitHub/Bitbucket workflows
• Well versed with ELK stack or any other logging, monitoring and analysis tools
• Proven working experience of 2+ years as an DevOps/Tech lead/IT Manager or relevant positions
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and of computer hardware/software systems
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation
• Knowledge in ISO/SOC Type II implementation with be a 
• BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or a similar field

Requirements:

   Must have past experience as full stack developer working on .NET  

   Overall Experience Level: 3 to 8 Years

   Database experience with MS SQL

   Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript and jQuery

   Understanding of server-side CSS

   Understands Relational Database Management Systems (RDMS)

   Expertise in Entity Framework and LINQ for interaction with database

   Expertise in SQL Stored procedures development.

   AJAX Javascript libraries such as jQuery

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Become an expert in our technology and platforms
• Provide top-tier, highly skilled and attentive support to our consumer app teams.
• Perform production support, troubleshooting and maintenance tasks with a focus on quality and timeliness
• Work with the Implementations and Delivery Teams on defect resolution and solution delivery
• As an active member of the backend team you would utilize and promote best practices and standards
• You’ll develop new technical skills and gain industry knowledge
• You’ll provide occasional “after-hours” incident response and support
• Maintain software to integrate with internal back-end systems
• Build tools to reduce occurence of errors and improve customer experience
• Manage system troubleshooting and maintenance.

Required skills and qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience supporting Web and Backend based application software and environments preferred

• Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities professionally

• Experience with version management systems like GIT, Subversion

• Knowledge on Payment gateways (Razorpay, Juspay)

• Experience with web application servers, basic idea on AWS and Azure

• Databases (SQL and NoSQL) and SQL query language.

• Good understanding of Networking principles.

• An understanding and background with Object Oriented Programming languages

• Required Full stack development knowledge.

Preferred skills and qualifications

• Bachelor of science degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, or relevant field

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, mock-ups, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
• Create a wide range of graphics and layouts, and design solutions for product illustrations, company logos, and websites
• Work within brand guidelines to reinforce the brand’s style and voice
• Work on building design processes, tools, and culture
• Identify and troubleshoot UX and UI design problems.
• Understand the target audience and objective of the brand and reference impactful design ideas that can be adapted
• Have a keen eye for visual designs, styles, iconography, typography, and illustrations and define a compelling visual language in the Product, website, and Marketing Materials.
• Setup best practices to help the team achieve the above and constantly think about improving the UX process to aim for better organizational UX Maturity
• Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
• Take a user-centric design approach and rapidly test and iterate your designs

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2+ years of visual design experience in a B2B product and marketing setting
• Communicative, organized, and achieve consistent results
• Proficiency in the following design tools: Figma and Adobe Suite, familiarity with prototyping tools (Principle, Invision, Framer, After Effects)
• Solid understanding of using HTML and CSS for website design. Hands-on experience with different JavaScript frameworks (JQuery etc.), Bootstrap, Material UI, Tailwind CSS, NextJS, etc.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems for product, website, brand, and marketing assets
• Should possess the ability to convey messages and information through illustrations, graphics, and patterns

• Implementing functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations
• Ensuring the integrity of internal database files, tables, and reports
• Analyzing and evaluating the HR data and reports
• Managing maintenance and accuracy of employee data for analysis, regulatory compliance, reporting and distribution
• Managing the relationship between the HRIS Partners and the company
• Developing and sustaining appropriate controls to maintain and report on information
• Managing other HR Ops, as per organizational need

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1+years of experience in the HR domain and relevant experience in Automation
• Extensive experience in Employee lifecycle management
• Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Hands-on experience with HRMS Tools

- Identifying the best UX methods and tools to use, depending on project constraints

- Prototyping solutions to solve complex problems

- Contributing to our growing design system of patterns in an effort to cultivate a cohesive look, feel, and user experience at all customer touch points

- Sharing and reviewing your designs based on peer feedback, research, and testing

Requirements:

- Bachelor/Masters in Design, HCI, Psychology or any other related field

- 6-7 years of experience in designing desktop and/or mobile applications

- Previous experience owning and executing on UX designs through collaborative decision making with front-end developers, engineers, researchers, content strategists, and other disciplines

- A deep understanding of the end-to-end iterative UX process, including personas, scenarios, wire-framing, content modelling, prototyping, user research, and design systems

- Empathy and advocacy for users, in all areas of work

- Experience using prototyping tools, as well as fundamental knowledge of front-end technologies to understand the constraints of the design

- Extraordinary UI design abilities that can be demonstrated through current projects.

- Figma experience is a must

- Hands-on experience with Sketch, Invision, Photoshop (or equivalent softwares) is an added to bonus

-Experience of working in Fintech is a huge bonus

-Experience of working at any consumer app is an added bonus

• Experience in software / web application architecture, estimates, design and development experience
• Knowledge of formal methods and techniques in software development
• Experience / Knowledge in the following technologies/languages/libraries/frameworks:
  • Primary Experience in C#, NodeJS and React JS.
