Position: Senior Executive – QA (Capsule / Pharma Manufacturing)

Qualification:

• B.Pharm OR B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry / Microbiology)

Experience:

• Minimum 8+ years in Quality Assurance
• Experience in Pharmaceutical / Food Processing / Cosmetics / Chemical manufacturing industry
• Knowledge of GMP, GLP, QMS activities required

Work Schedule & Timings:

• Friday – Fixed Weekly Off
• Alternate Saturdays Off
• Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Notice Period:

• Up to 30 Days acceptable
• Buyout Option is available

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and improve QMS, GMP and GLP compliance across the plant.
2. Handle QMS functions including change control, validations, stability studies, equipment qualifications, APQR, and risk assessments.
3. Manage documentation and coordination of regulatory applications such as AHC to AQCS, EIA, and related compliance.
4. Plan and conduct internal & external audits for standards such as ISO, GMP+, FDA, EIA, Capexil etc., and ensure documentation readiness.
5. Evaluate and approve suppliers for raw materials, packaging materials, testing labs, and service providers.
6. Support in customer complaint investigation and CAPA implementation.
7. Conduct incident, deviation, and OOS investigations and ensure corrective & preventive actions.
8. Review and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and suggest improvements.
9. Manage label artwork review and control processes.
10. Oversee daily operator allocation and resource availability.

Dear Candidate

Candidate must have:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience working as a NOC Engineer / Senior NOC Engineer in the telecom/Product (preferably telecom monitoring) industry.
• BE in CS, EE, or Telecommunications from a recognized university.
• Knowledge of NOC Process
• Technology exposure towards Telecom – 5G,4G,IMS with a solid understanding of Telecom Performance KPI’s, and/or Radio Access Network. Knowledge of call flows will be advantage
• Experience with Linux OS and SQL – mandatory.
• Residence in Delhi – mandatory.
• Ready to work in a 24×7 environment.
• Ability to monitor alarms based on our environment.
• Capability to identify and resolve issues occurring in the RADCOM environment.
• Any relevant technical certification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Based in RADCOM India offices, Delhi.
• Responsible for all NOC Monitoring and technical support -T1/T2 aspects required by the process for RADCOM’s solutions.
• Ready to participate under Customer Planned activities / execution and monitoring.

• Guide the software engineers in good programming discipline.
• Multi-task/work on several projects effectively and deliver within timeline.
• Exhibit excellent coding skills, adhering to standards, with minimal defects.
• Integrate software components into a fully functional software system.
• Understand low level designs and adhere to architecture decisions.
• Understand high level designs and participate in architectural discussions.
• Work independently and contribute to the overall delivery.
• Ability to interface 1-1 with the customer. Articulate the work done.
• Implement technical solutions that are proposed by Leads or Tech Specialist to solve real time business problem.
• Exposure to Full stack development or frameworks depending on technology stack.
• Exhibit strong full stack or appropriate framework and platform knowledge and propose solutions to customers.
• Participate and contribute to technical discussions / architecture proposals.
• Work on POCs and ability to present technical solutions.
• Come up with alternative solutions to effectively solve customer problems.
• Certified developers either internally or externally in their area of expertise.
• Takes interest in mentoring juniors and software engineers.

Skills required:

Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Aura, Objects & Fields Set up, Process builder, Workflow rules, Validation rules, Formula Fields, LWC, Flows and Basic Integration experience, HTML, CSS, Javascript, Deployment using Change Set, Using tools like VS code, developer Console, Workbench and Dataloader

Certifications:

Good to have: PD1 (Platform Developer 1), PD2 (Platform Developer 2) and App Builder
