As a React UI Lead at Infobeans, you will play a pivotal role in driving our digital transformation journey. You will work with a team of talented front-end developers to deliver robust and intuitive user interfaces that enhance our clients' digital banking experience. Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of front-end developers in designing and implementing user interfaces using React.js.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable applications.
• Architect efficient and reusable front-end systems that drive complex web applications.
• Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding best practices and standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience 7+ years as a React.js developer with expertise in building large-scale applications.
• Prior GRC/Banking experience highly desired
• Solid understanding of web development fundamentals including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, MobX) and modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and asynchronous request handling.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
