Responsibilities
- Interact closely with design, product, and development teams to create elegant, usable, responsive and interactive interfaces across multiple devices.
- Turning UI/UX designs into prototypes, creating excellent interactions from designs, writing reusable content modules and maintainability of the code.
- Implement UI development principles to ensure that the product client-side serves at scale.
- Review and optimize the app usage by monitoring key metrics and rectifying the issues proactively.
- Review and Optimize application usage, by monitoring key metrics, for maximum speed and scalability
- Mentoring and guiding the team members.
- An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment and bring in optimal flow for rapidly changing design/ technology.
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant work experience as a web developer, UI developer, Angular Developer or front-end engineer.
- Sound knowledge in HTML, CSS & JavaScript.
- Familiar with UI layouts, SASS, Bootstrap, and the CSS GRID system
- Proficient with Typescript (Angular 2 & above)
- Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system.
- Passionate to create good design and usability
- A team player with excellent communication skills
Overall responsibility:
- Drafts, implements, and executes policies and procedures to facilitate a quality customer service experience.
- Establishes performance metrics for customer service representatives. Establishes service levels and requirements for the department.
- Develops and implements methods to record, assess, and analyse customer feedback.
- Develops and implements training and quality assurance programs for new hires and experienced employees.
- Identifies and recommends or acquires updates and expansions to technology, equipment, and policies that may improve customer service and retention. Acts as a liaison between the customer service department and other divisions in the company.

- Assessing support statistics and preparing detailed reports on the findings.
- Interviewing and hiring new employees. Overseeing and evaluating the team's ongoing training efforts.
- Delivering performance evaluations and following the disciplinary process according to company policy. Managing the budget of the customer support department

Full Stack Developer (Dotnet & Angular)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop web applications in C#, ASP.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC/WebAPI
- Design and develop backend APIs for complex custom business applications as per requirement
- Design and develop database schema, queries, stored procedures
- Develop frontend SPA using AngularJS/Angular 2+, API integration, Data binding
- Collaboration with developer team, Project managers to ideate software solutions
- Essential communication skills for customer conference calls and meetings
- Interact with clients and other stakeholders to understand their requirements/problems, provide daily updates, plan and module delivery
- Test software to ensure quality and efficiency
- Responsible to troubleshoot bugs and fix them as well as maintain/enhance existing projects
