Duration : 24+ Months Interview Type : Face to Face Job Description Under the direction of the Deputy Director of ERP, Responsible for leading all technical activities related to Oracle E-Business Suite, Hyperion, and BI systems implementation, architecture, and best practices. Duties and Responsibilities Provides guidance and direction on the technical specifications, system design, development, testing, and implementation of the ERP systems. Collaborates with functional leads and vendors to assess system configuration, security controls, system interfaces, audit logs, and support services. Directs the efforts of vendors and internal developers and provides hands-on experience to ensure the system is implemented on time and on budget complying with best practices. Creates Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) identifying dependencies/risks to efficiently assign resources, track planned-to-actual task completion, report project status, and project issues weekly. Recommends development plan for programmer analyst/development team to reduce dependency on vendors. Results oriented and measured against project deliverables and management effectiveness. Manages all full-cycle (phases) system efforts including extended functionality, new releases, and ensures the reliability, availability, and security of the system, regardless of its physical location. Professional Experience Eight years’ full-time work experience implementing Oracle E-Business Suite 11.x/12.x. Five years’ full-time work experience managing Technical Teams Five years’ full-time work experience developing WRICE objects using Oracle development tools for Oracle EBS applications including Financials, HR/Payroll, and Supply Chain. Three years’ full-time work experience developing custom applications/extensions using Oracle development tools. Experience leading Oracle Fusion Middleware projects. Experience developing applications that deal with data analysis including data mining, business intelligence, and statistical applications. Experience implementing Oracle EBS Financials, Supply Chain, and HR/Payroll applications. Experience implementing employee self-service and vendor self-service portal functions Experience implementing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) Experience implementing Oracle Hyperion Public Sector Planning and Budgeting. Experience leading ERP extended functionality projects. Experience with System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) management best practices.
