Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and connect with HR managers, L&D heads, and CHROs through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct 1-on-1 discovery calls to understand organizational skill gaps (e.g., leadership, communication, EQ) and propose tailored course modules.
- Product Presentations: Deliver engaging online or in-person demonstrations of soft skills training programs to senior HR stakeholders.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain an active sales funnel in the CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), ensuring timely follow-ups and documentation of client feedback.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly or quarterly revenue targets by converting high-potential leads into enterprise training contracts.
Required Skills
Candidates with 1–2 years of experience should demonstrate growth in the following areas:
1. Core Sales & Interpersonal Skills
- Negotiation & Persuasion: Ability to handle budget objections and clearly articulate the ROI of soft skills (e.g., reduced turnover, better team productivity).
