We have a unique opportunity as we are looking for a Sales Manager at Epixel Solutions. You have the opportunity to build the sales process from the ground up. This position will be responsible for developing a sales team, coordinating sales operations, and implementing sales techniques that allow the business to meet and surpass its sales targets consistently. You will work with high-profile customers, evaluate budgets, and determine ways to simplify and improve the sales process.
Your tasks often include assigning sales territories, mentoring members of the sales team, setting quotas, assigning sales training, hiring salespeople, and building sales plans. You will also set goals, identify priorities and eliminate redundant activities to increase sales.
Additional duties could find you traveling to client sites, and attending conferences, conventions, and small workshops representing Epixel Solutions.
This position will report to the Chief Growth officer who heads up the Go To Market (GTM) team.
Responsibilities:
The duties and responsibilities of our ideal Sales Manager include:
- Developing and implementing strategic sales plans that expand a company’s customer base and solidify its presence.
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing sales teams and by assessing the teams' strengths and weaknesses.
- Establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Building and promoting healthy, long-lasting customer relations by partnering with them.
- Developing and implementing new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
- Providing daily/weekly/monthly and quarterly reports of field sales success and communicating the Voice of the Customer (VOC) to the reporting manager.

Requirements:
Prospective Sales Manager candidates should have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience working in the sales field, preferably in a fast-moving SaaS organization or startup. They should also have a successful and verified track record in leading a sales department to achieve its goals.
The right candidate should be able to identify opportunities in sales and profits and possess knowledge about allocating Sales Representatives to achieve or exceed set sales performance targets. The candidate must be skilled in data analysis and managing customers using customer relationship management (CRM) as this position involves working with a lot of data and prospects.
Familiarity with our tech stack would be a plus (Zoho, Calendly, Google Apps, Redmine)
