Your role

– Test web and mobile applications end to end, across devices and browsers

– Create test cases, test scenarios, and test reports

– Perform functional, regression, UI and usability testing

– Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps

– Verify fixes and validate releases before go-live

– Collaborate with developers and product to improve quality and user experience

– Validate API responses using Postman, where required

What we expect

– Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC, and the defect lifecycle

– Ability to write clear, structured test cases and bug reports

– Experience testing web or mobile applications, or both

– Familiarity with bug tracking tools such as Jira or Trello

– Attention to detail, structured thinking, and ownership mindset

– 0–2 years of manual testing experience

Nice to have

– Basic API testing with Postman, basic SQL for validation

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer with experience in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS) to test and ensure high-quality software delivery across the lending lifecycle. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in functional testing, especially in financial services or lending platforms, and will ensure systems comply with regulatory standards and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Functional Testing

• Design and execute test cases for LOS and LMS functionalities
• Perform end-to-end testing of loan lifecycle: application → underwriting → disbursement → servicing → closure
• Validate calculations for interest rates, EMIs, fees, and schedules

Test Case Development & Execution

• Develop test scripts/scenarios for LAP and CV loans
• Execute and maintain manual and regression tests

Defect Tracking

• Log, track, and retest bugs using tools like JIRA or Bugzilla
• Collaborate with developers to ensure resolution and closure of defects

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work with Business Analysts, Developers, and Product Managers
• Participate in sprint planning and requirement reviews

Compliance Testing

• Ensure system compliance with financial regulations, disclosures, and reporting standards

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare test reports, defect logs, test coverage, and documentation for knowledge sharing

UAT Support

• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and help validate business readiness

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or equivalent

Experience:

• 3–5 years of experience in functional testing, especially in lending/loan systems
• Strong knowledge of Loan Against Property (LAP) and Commercial Vehicle Loans

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with testing tools: JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, HP ALM, QTest
• Working knowledge of SQL for database validation
• Understanding of LOS/LMS architecture and APIs

Testing Methodologies:

• Strong experience with Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT Testing
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and SDLC best practices

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management
• Collaborative team player with problem-solving mindset

Preferred Certifications (Optional):

• ISTQB or equivalent testing certifications

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products through manual and automated testing. The Senior QA Engineer will work closely with the development team to identify and resolve quality issues, as well as develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency. As a software tester, you'll be involved in the quality assurance stage of software development and deployment. You'll conduct automated and manual tests to ensure the software created by developers is fit for purpose and any bugs or issues are removed within a product before it gets deployed to everyday users. Your role is integral to the creation of software systems and technical products. You'll need to be familiar, or become familiar with, programming and using coding languages.

Responsibilities:

• Extensively working on Manual Testing/API Testing/Functional or UI Testing.
• Develop test strategies and test plans for projects.
• Participate in developing and reviewing the test policies for the organization.
• Defining the scope of testing within the context of every release and every software testing level or cycle.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years-10 years of related work experience in API and Functionality testing preferably in the Payments domain.

• Must be a Graduate in B. E/BSC. IT/BCA or Equivalent.

• Helps Test Lead to prepare the Test Plan and coordinate with Test Engineers during Testing Phase
• Performs Bug Analysis, understands the client requirement and help Test engineer to prepare the test cases
• Ability to multi-task/handle several projects effectively and deliver within timeline
• Peer Reviews the test cases, understands the Test Plan and write Automation test cases
• Able to write Scripts in languages like Java, Ruby, Python, etc.,
• Able to review the Scripts written, able to run the Maintenance / New Scripts and identify the issues
• Knowledge on automation test reports (TestNG, Allure, JUnit reports etc)
• Define onboarding documents for technology and domain for the teams
• Train/Mentor and evaluate juniors on testing specializations
• Exihitbit strong expertise in one of Load Testing - Jmeter (or similar tools) or Api Testing - Rest client/postman or DB testing
• Perform cross Browser / device compatibility testing using automation
• Understand and contribute to sprint release cycle process, ensure 100% test coverage and follow JIRA hygiene
