Strong HR Generalist profiles

Mandatory (Experience 1) – Must have 1+ years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist / HR Executive / HR Operations role

Mandatory (Experience 2) – Must have hands-on experience in recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and reference checks.

Mandatory (Experience 3) – Must have practical exposure to employee onboarding and offboarding processes, documentation, and employee lifecycle management

Mandatory (Experience 4) – Experience in day-to-day HR operations, maintaining employee records, HR databases, and coordination with internal stakeholders.

Mandatory (Tools) – Must be proficient in MS Office and have working experience with ATS and HRIS systems

Requirements

• 3+ years work experience with production-grade python. Contribution to open source repos is preferred
• Experience writing concurrent and distributed programs, AWS lambda, Kubernetes, Docker, Spark is preferred.
• Experience with one relational & 1 non-relational DB is preferred
• Prior work in the ML domain will be a big boost

What You’ll Do

• Help realize the product vision: Production-ready machine learning models with monitoring within moments, not months.
• Help companies deploy their machine learning models at scale across a wide range of use-cases and sectors.
• Build integrations with other platforms to make it easy for our customers to use our product without changing their workflow.
• Write maintainable, scalable performant python code
• Building gRPC, rest API servers
• Working with Thrift, Protobufs, etc.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and maintain web applications using the CodeIgniter framework.

• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

• Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise during development or in existing applications.

• Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve problems.

• Participate in code review sessions to ensure that code meets quality standards.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in web development.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Minimum 1 years of experience in PHP development.

• Strong knowledge of the CodeIgniter framework.

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

• Familiarity with Git, GitHub, PHPUnit, and Composer.

• Experience working in an Agile development environment using Scrum/Kanban.

• Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.

• Good understanding of web standards and protocols.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Apparel Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

Leading parts of the product from inception to launch, and own large parts of the product’s execution.
Working with our Sales and frontend team to build products with the goal of delighting and increasing the success of our users.
Architecting, building, testing, and releasing product-facing features.
Contributing to our side projects and free tools for the education industry.

What do I need? 🤓

1-2 years of industry experience in a software engineering role, preferably building a SaaS product. You can demonstrate significant impact that your work has had on the product and/or the team.
Deep knowledge of a high-level programming language (for example, PHP, Python, etc.) but it doesn’t need to be a language that we use here! Great people are effective and learn what we use quickly (or introduce us to better ways of working)
Deep knowledge of SQL Databases
Experience with scalable distributed systems, both built from scratch as well as on AWS primitives
Willingness to learn and use new technologies
Extremely data-driven
Ability to debug complex systems
