Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. The role involves supporting the business development team in identifying opportunities, building relationships, and contributing to the growth of the company. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in sales, market research, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

Ø Market Research

Conduct research to identify potential markets, clients, and competitors. Analyze industry trends and compile reports for the team.

Ø Lead Generation and Outreach

Assist in identifying and qualifying leads.

Participate in client outreach through emails, calls, or social media.

Ø Sales Support

Collaborate with the sales team to prepare presentations, proposals, and pitch materials.

Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) databases.

Ø Strategic Planning

Contribute to brainstorming sessions for growth strategies. Assist in developing business strategies and execution plans.

Ø Administrative Support

Support the team with day-to-day administrative tasks.

Help organize meetings, events, and follow-ups with clients.

Requirements

Ø Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Ø Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ø Proficiency in Excel.

Ø Well versed with any of the tools like Apollo,Zoominfo,Lusha,Clay,Linkedinn Navigator

• Mandatory skills -PHP Experience.
• Experience in web application development and web developer.

• Strong working experience with developing RESTful services
• Should have experience working on Application frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, AOP

• Ability to take up tasks independently and willing to be an individual contributor when required
• Working experience or knowledge of Scrum/Kanban and SAFe agile processes
• Should have an excellent communication skill (Verbal & Oral)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for improving the company's organic search results.
• Creates and launches SEO campaigns, identifies areas of improvement.
• Expertise in building high-quality links from reputed sites.
• Strong experience in on-page and off-page link building activities.
• Ability to build/manage a team and motivate them to achieve the team objective.
• Review and analyze areas that need to be improved, deleted, or revised, prepare detailed strategy reports.
• Compile and present SEO performance reports.
• Identify the least expensive but most powerful and profitable keywords for the website.
• Ensure websites are filled with optimal keywords and Consult with the Tech team to improve SEO wherever required.
• Executing weekly technical audits to identify issues and bugs.
• Perform keyword research to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
• Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages.
• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals general and keyword specific.
• Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes.
• Should be an individual contributor as well as the ability to manage a team.

Requirement:

• Any BE Graduate or Equivalent degree holder.
• 3 to 8 years of experience.
• Candidates with previous Ed-tech /E-learning/ E-Commerce experience will be preferred.
• Should be a self contributor.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast -paced environment.
