Senior Angular Developer

What are we looking for:

1. We are looking for someone that has an eye for design, solid experience in ReactJS, are value-driven and product-oriented. You will own all phases of user interface development.
2. From architecture and design to implementation and customer engagement. This role isn’t just about coding; it's about owning features end-to-end, translating them from concepts to user-centric products
3. Each engineer owns the feature they are building and is responsible for turning it into reality, and we will need your front-end expertise to find solutions to problems and challenges and deliver on roadmap objectives.
4. 4+ years of experience in web frontend technology, including React, TypeScript, and CSS-in-JS.
5. Significant experience with JavaScript frameworks and client-side state management, particularly React.js and Redux.
6. Knowledge of 2D visualization libraries like D3 and 3D visualization tools such as Three.js and WebGL is a plus.
7. Expertise in developing solutions for complex problems and integrations, with a strong product sense to balance technical and product requirements.
8. Skilled in working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design, product, tech, learning experience & marketing.
9. Independent and capable of producing 'production ready' code with minimal guidance.
10. Proficient in performance optimization and CDN caching strategies.
11. Nice to have: Full stack experience working in backend.

● Design and develop responsive and visually appealing web applications and user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, React frameworks.

● Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and software engineers to understand project requirements and translate them into interactive, user-friendly interfaces.

● Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimise applications for maximum speed and scalability.

● Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

● Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UI development, and recommend their integration to enhance our products.

● Identify and address performance and compatibility issues across different browsers and platforms.

● Champion UI development best practices, standards, and guidelines within the development team.

● Collaborate with backend developers to integrate front-end interfaces with server-side logic and APIs.

● Troubleshoot and debug UI-related issues and provide timely resolutions.

● Mentor junior developers, assisting them in enhancing their skills and knowledge in UI development.

● Write and encourage other engineers to write automated tests.

Skills/ Experience

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).

● Proven experience as a UI Developer or Front-End Developer, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in building user interfaces for web applications.

● Proficiency in front-end technologies such as TypeScript, Tailwind, React, Redux.

● Strong understanding of responsive design principles.

● Solid knowledge of web performance optimization techniques and best practices.

● Familiarity with Figma and other UI/UX design tools, to collaborate effectively with designers.

● Demonstrated experience in writing UI components to corresponding backend APIs and Databases.

● Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex UI-related issues.

● Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

1. 4 to 6 years of experience in UI Development
2. Proficient understanding of JavaScript libraries and frameworks, specifically ReactJS
3. Proficient understanding of Flux Architecture (Redux)
4. Proficient understanding of React-Bootstrap
5. Proficient understanding of Angular JS
6. Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3
7. Experience in working on integration with Magento 2 as backend.
8. Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS
9. Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
10. Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
11. Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
12. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as (Git / SVN)
13. Proficient understanding of JavaScript test frameworks like Mocha, Jasmine
14. Proficient understanding of module bundler (webpack)
15. Proficient understanding of JavaScript compiler (babel js)
16. Good understanding of nodejs
17. Proficient understanding of deployment process of client side application
