Job Title: Performance Marketing Specialist (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Data Analytics, SEO)
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and data analytics. This role will drive online marketing strategies to increase our brand’s reach, engagement, and conversion rates. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, be proficient in optimizing ads for high ROI, and possess a deep understanding of SEO best practices to improve our organic visibility.
Responsibilities:
Paid Advertising Management:
Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to drive targeted traffic and achieve business objectives.
Conduct ongoing keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation to maximize ad relevance and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
Perform A/B testing and experiment with ad creatives, formats, and bidding strategies to improve campaign performance.
SEO Optimization:
Collaborate with the content team to align SEO strategies with content marketing initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices.
Data Analytics and Reporting:
3+ Years of exp
Utilize Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools to track, measure, and analyze the performance of digital campaigns.
Prepare detailed reports and insights on campaign performance, website traffic, conversion rates, and other KPIs to inform decision-making and optimize ROI.
Identify trends, insights, and opportunities based on data analysis to guide future campaigns.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall brand messaging and objectives.
Partner with content creators and designers to develop compelling ad copy, visuals, and landing pages that drive conversions.
Stay updated on industry trends, new ad formats, and emerging digital marketing strategies to keep campaigns innovative and competitive.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and data analytics.
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Meta ads and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
Your primary role will be the implementation of the application for either desktop or mobile devices with a focus on performance. With your understanding of AngularJS / React JS best practices you will create modules and components with which you architect the application. You will take existing design and front-end templates and enhance them with CSS animations and implement idiomatic markup. You will team up with the back-end developers to connect to.
Responsibilities
- Building, optimising and maintaining front-end web apps
- Maintaining high performance and compatibility across platforms and devices
- Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML and CSS
- Understanding what is needed for a smooth workflow between yourself, the front-end developers and designers
- Communicate thoroughly with the back-end department to help build a best-practice RESTful API
- Integrate external web services
- APIs using standard methods. A thorough understanding of the components of the platform is essential.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent
- 1-3 years of experience in JS based development
Skills
- Programming Expertise In JavaScript/HTML5 / Angular JS v7+ / React JS v16, Express JS, Bootstrap.
- Hands-on Working Experience Of MVC Frameworks Like Angular.js & React.js.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Exposure To Sass, Grunt, Node Js.
- Assist in the formulation of strategies
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company and client’s presence on social media (Twitter, Facebook etc.)
