Job Overview:

As a Graphic Design Intern focused on social media, you will support our team in creating engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and contribute to real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Design eye-catching graphics, animations, and videos for social media posts, stories, ads, and other digital content.

Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual content aligns with our brand guidelines and maintains a cohesive look and feel across platforms.

Social Media Trends: Stay up-to-date with current design trends and social media best practices to ensure content remains relevant and engaging.

Collaboration: Work closely with the social media team, including content creators and marketing specialists, to brainstorm and execute creative ideas.

Feedback Integration: Revise and refine designs based on feedback from team members and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.

Analytics Review: Assist in analyzing the performance of social media graphics and providerecommendations for improvement based on engagement metrics.

6 to 12 years of HR experience covering both strategic and operational HR

Proven experience scaling HR for multi-location / multi-state teams in fast-paced environments

End-to-end recruitment ownership (full-time, contractual, campus, interns)

Hands-on expertise in PMS (goal setting, performance reviews, feedback cycles)

Experience managing HR operations (onboarding, exits, payroll coordination, vendors)

Proficiency in HRIS/ATS, HR digitisation & people analytics/reporting

Strong stakeholder management, communication & leadership partnering

Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business / Psychology (MBA preferred)

Fluency in English & Hindi and willingness to travel

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in building and growing a Custom layout team from the ground up to support the global DRAM layout requirement;
• Provide leadership in developing Analog and custom layouts to meet schedules and milestones;
• Provide leadership in training the team’s technical skills and cultural healthiness.
• Effectively communicating with engineering teams across multiple countries to ensure the success of the layout project.
• Organize, prioritize, and manage logistics on tasks and resource allocations for multiple projects.
• Manage the performance and development of team members.
• Managing hiring and retention.
• As a critical member of the core DRAM leadership team in India, contributed to the overall success

Qualification/Requirements

• 5 + year experience in analog/custom layout in advanced CMOS process.
• Minimum 3+ years people management experience.
• Expertise in Cadence VLE/VXL and Mentor Graphic Calibre DRC/LVS is a must.
• Must have strong skills in layout and floor planning skills and manual routing.
• Strong ability to build, and continuously develop a premier analog/mixed-signal layout team
• Experienced in managing multiple Custom IC layout projects
• Highly motivated with passion, detail-oriented, systematic, and methodical approach in IC layout design.
• The ability to work and communicate effectively in a team and to be able to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced working environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Independent with strong analytical skills, creative thinking and self-motivation.
• Capable of working in a cross-functional, multi-site team environment in multiple time zones.
• Previous work experience in DRAM/NAND layout design is desirable however not mandatory.

• 0 to 3 years of experience (or equivalent understanding of software engineering)
• Familiar with Javascript/Typescript and React.js
• Familiar with one backend language (Node, Go, Java, Python) and one relational database (any SQL)
• Willingness and interest in learning new tech/processes (Next.js, Angular, IaaS, etc.)

5. It is important they have those skills so that they can take over current work. There are codes written in both Java as well as Python. (Java is legacy but that is the main search engine code). So it will be counter-productive if engineers hired have experience in both.
