Who We’re Looking For:

IIT graduates preferred with strong Blockchain + DeFi expertise

Solidity + Web3.js / Ethers.js expert

Experienced in tokenomics, stablecoins, AMMs, liquidity pools & P2P escrow

Ability to mint max tokens with minimal liquidity investment while keeping price stable

Key Responsibilities:

Deploy secure ERC20/BEP20/TRC20 tokens

Design liquidity-backed tokenomics

Optimize capital efficiency & AMM strategies

Build P2P escrow smart contracts

Maintain stable token price peg across exchanges

• 3-5 years of professional experience in web development with a strong focus on JavaScript stack technologies.
• Proven experience in integrating blockchain technology into web applications, with a deep understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized applications (dApps).
• Proficiency in multisignature, multiparty computation and 3rd party Node provider integration
• Experience with public blockchain platforms such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, etc.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is a plus.
• Experience in setting up Bitcoin core, and Geth node is a plus

Our goal is to enable cross-chain contracts to connect with each other in the same way as same-chain contracts connect i.e., via function calls. We have developed a new in-house tech called https://garvitgoel.medium.com/what-is-bdlc-and-how-it-works-5716fbbacde8">Bi-Directional Light Client that allows a smart contract to independently verify whether the cross-chain transactions submitted to it are valid. We further use ZK-SNARKS to reduce the gas cost of running the light client on-chain.

Desired Qualifications

1. A good grasp of blockchain fundamentals, various consensus algorithms, and detailed knowledge of at least one major blockchain.
2. Previous work (demonstrable) in blockchain technology, web3, or protocol development
3. In-depth understanding of Number Theory and Cryptography. Knowledge of Cryptographic Algorithms and zero-knowledge proofs are highly preferred.
4. Superior mathematics and problem-solving skills, excellent pattern recognition, passion for solving puzzles.
5. Proficiency in one of the following languages: Go-lang, Rust, is highly preferred. Working knowledge of Solidity, Javascript, Python, or similar scripting languages puts you in front of our list
6. Grounded research skills and an ability to absorb documentation quickly
7. Strong background in Computer Science. Knowledgeable in Algorithms and Data Structures.

Roles and Responsibilities

1. You will be assigned one blockchain (Ethereum /Polygon /NEAR /tendermint /Polkadot/Aleo). You will be required to implement the light client of this blockchain in https://docs.circom.io/">Circom language (Domain Specific Language for ZK-SNARKS).
2. Write go-lang based networking relayers that enable communication between blockchains and zk-provers.
3. Maintain relayer and zk-prover infrastructure (cloud machine and codebase)
4. Write kickass documentation.

• Responsible for Blockchain evaluation, smart contract development, implementation supporting the digital strategy group initiatives.
• Must have hands-on experience using Solidity.
• Experience in setting up Blockchain nodes and networks.
• Design and develop the architecture of Blockchain Solutions from a systemic standpoint.
• Responsible for creating technical solution architecture for a given business problem.
• Responsible for quality of the application and implements necessary checks and balances via peer review, code scans, automated tests.
• Set the standards for design and development.
• Oversees, maintains,s and supports existing software applications.
• Provide subject matter expertise in reviewing, analyzing, and resolving complex issues.
• Prepare user and systems documentation as needed.
• Design & implement Blockchain solutions which may run on Blockchain platforms and composed of multiple software packages based on Solution Architect.
• Lead a team of Blockchain juniors/trainees.
• Work with product managers and other product teams.
