About the Role

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Data Scientist with deep expertise in graph analytics, network analysis, and scalable data engineering. This is not a conventional machine learning role — the focus is on understanding complex relationships, structures, and patterns within large-scale datasets using graph-based methods and statistical modeling. You will work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and be expected to contribute across the full data lifecycle — from raw data exploration through to production-grade analytical systems.

This is a full-time, in-office role based out of our Pune office (5 days a week).

Key Responsibilities

Graph Analytics & Network Analysis

• Design and implement graph-based models to identify patterns, clusters, communities, and relationships within complex datasets.

• Apply network analysis techniques using metrics such as clustering coefficient, degree assortativity, density, Gini index, and small-world index.

• Perform multi-hop network traversals and community detection using algorithms such as Louvain partitioning and similar graph clustering approaches.

• Build and query graph databases (Neo4j, ArangoDB) using Cypher Query Language to extract structural insights from connected data.

• Leverage GPU-accelerated graph libraries (cuGraph) to scale graph computations across large datasets efficiently.

Data Engineering & Pipeline Development

• Conduct thorough Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) on large-scale structured and semi-structured datasets to surface quality issues, distributions, and key features.

• Build, optimize, and maintain scalable data pipelines and stored procedures across cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, PostgreSQL, or Hive.

• Automate data workflows using orchestration tools such as Apache Airflow or Kubeflow Pipelines.

• Apply GPU-accelerated computing (CUDA, CuPy, cuDF) to optimize processing performance on high-volume data workloads.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

• 3+ years of experience in a Data Science, Data Analytics, or Graph Analytics role.

Since we're an early-stage startup, we constantly have to ask "what gets the most value, cheaply, to validate our assumptions?" We build some things to last a long time, and others as prototypes.

We use linting, e2e testing, CI CD, observability logging, and production probers. We've documented both our web and mobile apps so that you should be able to get started easily—and if you need help, we'll absolutely improve our docs—and contribute your first day.

We recognize the value of maintainability and keeping our developer experience nimble. Our sprints are for 2 weeks and we push releases to production as per this schedule.

Designation: Backend Developer

Location:  Mumbai (Currently Remote)

Principal Accountabilities:

• Develop, Enhance, and Modify Applications for a Global Market Environment.
• Design, Code, Test, Debug, and Document programs for corporate systems architecture.
• Work closely with Business stakeholders to define requirements for system applications

Work Dimensions:

• API integration, Application deployment, Test Driven Development & Agile methodologies
• Database designing ; (Knowledge of NoSQL databases is a plus).
• Familiarity in Unix/Linux development environments & tools including scripting.
• Designing system architecture for solving complex problems with a sound understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.

Role requirements:

• 2 to 6 years of experience in the IT industry
• 2+ years of experience in NodeJS
• Graduate degree (B.Tech/ BSc. IT) in IT/Engineering/Computer Science
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Good communication skills.
• A good team player

A Bachelor degree in IT from a top reputed university with 5+ years of experience in LMS (Loan management system) and a total experience of 8-10+ years

Key Roles/Responsibilities

• Plan, Develop and Execute Content Strategy in line with the foundation and the program s mission of Job fulfillment
• Understand the big picture perspective with attention to detail and a focus on delivering impact by creating high-quality content for skilling
• Understand the foundation and program s key value proposition to the skilling eco-system
• Understand how the value proposition can be developed and delivered
• Execute and implement the content strategy
• Design Content Architecture to deliver it through the tech platform
• Design the storyboards for the content
• Collaborate with the tech team to design the platform to host and deliver the content
• Identify best in breed technology to develop tools and learning content
• Deploy content across mobile and Loan Management Systems (LMS) 5. Work with external vendors of content production and technology
• Identify, Manage and Develop Partnerships with key stakeholders to co-create, and co-deliver the content
• Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders to understand the content needed and receive feedback on the existing content
