Job Description: Admin Associate (Office Operations)

We are looking for a versatile, proactive Admin Associate to serve as the backbone of our office operations. This is an "end-to-end" role—meaning you’ll be the go-to person for everything from ensuring the coffee machine is humming to streamlining the onboarding process for new hires.

Core Responsibilities

1. Office Facilities & Maintenance

• The Housekeeping Check: Oversee daily cleaning schedules and janitorial staff to ensure a pristine, professional work environment.
• Vendor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for office vendors (AMC providers, repairs, electricity, water, and internet).
• Inventory Control: Maintain stock levels for office supplies, pantry essentials, and stationery.

2. HR Operations & Onboarding

• Access Control: Handle ID card curation, including data collection, printing coordination, and access level programming.
• Documentation: Assist the HR team with physical and digital filing, background check coordination, and attendance tracking.

3. IT Asset & Resource Management

• Asset Lifecycle: Manage the procurement, tagging, and tracking of IT assets (Laptops, monitors, peripherals).
• Allocation: Responsible for the hand-over and take-over of assets during employee movements (joining/exit) using an asset register.
• Basic Troubleshooting: Act as the first line of defense for minor office tech issues before escalating to remote IT support.

4. Staff & Front Desk Coordination

• Support Staff Management: Supervise security personnel and housekeeping staff to ensure adherence to office protocols.
• Visitor Management: Greet guests and manage incoming/outgoing couriers and mail.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 0–4 years in Office Administration, Facilities Management, or a dual Admin/HR role.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office/GWS (specifically Excel for asset tracking) and comfortable learning HRIS or Inventory Management Softwares.
• The "Fixer" Mentality: High level of ownership; you see a problem and solve it before being asked.
• Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.

• Strong Engineering Manager Profile
• Mandatory (Experience 1) – Minimum 9+ years of software development experience.
• Mandatory (Experience 2) - .Must have Hands-on experience in at least one backend language such as Java, Python, or Golang.
• Mandatory (Experience 3) - Must have 2+ years of experience in a people management/leadership role.
• Mandatory (Company) – B2C Product company (preferably in the eCommerce domain), NOTE: If candidate is working in a the marketplace like Flipkart, Amazon,the they should have experience in consumer/demand side of the marketplace.

• Generates sales leads through Company–sponsored (walk-ins and TI’s) and employee sponsored outreach programs and promotions
• Maintains accurate records of all Company-sponsored and employee-sponsored leads
• Follows up on all prospects by using established sales systems
• Conduct Club tours using established sales systems
• Conduct telephone inquiries using established sales systems
• Establish and maintain a minimum of 3 lead boxes/ tie-ups in the community on a monthly basis
• Must establish and maintain a minimum required referral program as defined by Company standards
• Maintain Membership Coordinator planner using established sales systems
• Successfully completed the Membership Coordinator Training courses
• Complete all formalities of a member that joins / transfers / renews his membership
• Makes courtesy calls to all new members once a month to maintain relationships and ensure the members is regular in using the club
• Enter Guest courtesy forms in software

Role- Senior Node.js Developer

Job description:

- Nodejs), MySQL, Postgre SQL
- Working experience of GIT
- Will prefer candidates preferred who have knowledge of GraphQL, Typescript
 - Well versed and experienced with unit testing, code coverage.
- Well versed with SOILD design principles and its application
- Good to have – some experience with Azure devops and/or azure functions.
- Good knowledge of designing and writing restful API.

• Creating a WordPress plugin with WordPress coding standard and themes, contributed plugins over wordpress.org is a big plus.
  

• Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML).
  

• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial.
  

• Strong Knowledge in Woo commerce, Yost SEO, ACF.

Responsibilities

• Installing and configuring Informatica components, including high availability; managing server activations and de-activations for all environments; ensuring that all systems and procedures adhere to organizational best practices
• Day to day administration of the Informatica Suite of services (PowerCenter, IDS, Metadata, Glossary and Analyst).
• Informatica capacity planning and on-going monitoring (e.g. CPU, Memory, etc.) to proactively increase capacity as needed.
• Manage backup and security of Data Integration Infrastructure.
• Design, develop, and maintain all data warehouse, data marts, and ETL functions for the organization as a part of an infrastructure team.
• Consult with users, management, vendors, and technicians to assess computing needs and system requirements.
• Develop and interpret organizational goals, policies, and procedures.
• Evaluate the organization's technology use and needs and recommend improvements, such as software upgrades.
• Prepare and review operational reports or project progress reports.
• Assist in the daily operations of the Architecture Team , analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards, and setting deadlines.
• Work with vendors to manage support SLA’s and influence vendor product roadmap
• Provide leadership and guidance in technical meetings, define standards and assist/provide status updates
• Work with cross functional operations teams such as systems, storage and network to design technology stacks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 6+ years’ experience as Informatica Engineer and Developer role
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in an ETL environment as a developer.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SQL coding and understanding of databases
• Proficiency in Python
• Proficiency in command line troubleshooting
• Proficiency in writing code in Perl/Shell scripting languages
• Understanding of Java and concepts of Object-oriented programming
• Good understanding of systems, networking, and storage
• Strong knowledge of scalability and high availability
