Rekise Marine is a startup focused on sustainably enhancing the utility of oceans through

autonomous robotic infrastructure. Our efforts center on developing advanced autonomous

technology for the maritime industry, serving both defense and commercial sectors globally. We

specialize in creating autonomous vessels—both surface and underwater—as well as

autonomous port infrastructure. Currently, we are building the flagship autonomous platform of

the Indian Navy.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Robotics Engineer to join our team and contribute to

the development of resilient, robust autonomous marine vessels. As part of our dynamic

startup journey, you will collaborate closely with our experienced engineers and the founding

members of the company, This role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain practical experience

in cutting-edge robotics technologies, such as navigation algorithms, control systems, sensor

fusion, computer vision, ROS, ROS2, Gazebo, Unity Sim, SLAM, and other robotics

technologies. You will be responsible for developing, and testing components, systems, and

simulations for autonomy. This immersive experience will provide you with a comprehensive

understanding of the challenges and intricacies involved in developing robust autonomous

systems for marine environments.

Key Responsibilities

● Evaluate and implement algorithms for autonomous navigation, planning, control, and

perception.

● Develop modular, efficient, and well-tested code following best practices.

● Debug issues, fix bugs, and write test cases to improve code quality.

● Contribute to internal tools for visualization, performance testing, and utility scripts.

● Document processes, test results, and contribute to reports and presentations.

● Enhance the capabilities of the simulator to achieve a more realistic representation of

the vessel and its surroundings.

Required Skills & Experience

● Bachelor's or dual degree in Mechatronics, Computer Science and Engineering,

Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering,

Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering

● Proficient in C++ and Python with strong debugging skills.

● Familiarity with object-oriented design methodologies and common design patterns,

along with foundational knowledge in software engineering.

● Experience using Git for version control.

● Experienced in the Linux development environment and build tools like CMake.

● Experience working with robotics frameworks, including Robot Operating System (ROS)

and Gazebo.

● Understanding of the operation and integration of common robotics sensors, such as

LIDAR, ultrasonic, and IMU sensors.

We are looking for 2- 4 years of experienced Video Editor. Must have experince in different type of projects – e.g., short-form content, brand films, social media, ads. The role is full-time - WFO and based in Porur,Chennai.

• 3 years of mandatory experience developing NMS(network management system) products for large networks.
• 3+ years of hands-on programming experience in Java and related technologies.
• 3+ years of experience using management protocols like Netconf/SNMP/YANG data modelling to interact with the Network elements and agent based monitoring.
• Extensive experience implementing FCAPS (Fault, Configuration, Accounting, Performance, Security).
• Good command on Algorithms and data structures, OOAD, Client-server systems, distributed systems and multithreaded programming.
• Hands-on experience with databases like Cassandra/MongoDB.

• Collaborate with Product Managers, CTOs & Engineering Managers to plan a Technical Roadmap aligned with the company’s product vision.
• Collaborate with Tech leads, CTO, Engineering Managers to execute the technical roadmap using Agile methodologies for product development.
• Break down the technical roadmaps into epics & user stories for smooth execution. Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.
• Work with development leads so that product requirements & estimates are well-understood.
• Collaborate with product teams to jot down the technical implementation requirements & engineering aspects of user stories & PRDs.
• Conduct meetings with customer support, marketing & product teams to maintain a roadmap for the internal team’s technical requirements

Payments & Finance

• With the help of engineering teams, build secure & robust payment infrastructures & systems.
• Help the product & tech teams build useful payment experiences, lay down the foundation for introducing lending & other financial services on the platform. Be an expert on multiple payment mechanisms & institutions governing the payment flows in the country.
• Research about the technical feasibility & implementation of Escrow Use-cases.
• Be updated with the latest Payments & finance technologies and service providers. Act as a “Subject Matter Expert” on all things Payments & Finance for our Tech & Product teams. Monitoring & Analytics
• Understand and analyze the flow of payments on the platform, build dashboards to track Payments Conversion Rate & Payments Success Rate. Run A/B tests and experiments to improve PCR & PSR.
• Use database queries to analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments, evaluate sprint reports & success, etc.
• Setup dashboards & systems to track crashes, errors, exceptions, and bugs on production. Formulate processes and workflows to reduce the same.

Qualifications: Experience

• Prior experience of working in/with Payments & Fintech industry, Payment Gateways, Nodal/Escrow Accounts, and Lending is a must.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in software architecture, design, development, and technical product management.

Technical Skills

• Working knowledge on public clouds such as AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Past experience with hands-on engineering, product, or QA is a strong bonus.
• Working knowledge with monitoring tools like New Relic, Sentry, Cloudwatch
• Very good knowledge of SQL/NoSQL is a must
• Should be familiar with Application App Release cycle
• Proficient in Internet standards & technologies including REST
