Position Overview:

 Job Description:

o Conduct comprehensive market research:

 Identify and analyze market trends, industry developments, and emerging technologies in the

enterprise technologies and telecom markets.

 Gather data on market size, market share, growth rates, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.

 Monitor regulatory changes, industry standards, and policy developments impacting the sector.

 Utilize primary and secondary research methods to collect relevant data, including surveys, interviews,

and data analysis tools.

o Perform competitive intelligence analysis:

 Identify key competitors in the enterprise technologies and telecom markets and track their activities,

strategies, and performance.

 Analyze competitors' product offerings, pricing strategies, market positioning, and go-to-market

approaches.

 Evaluate strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) of competitors.

 Conduct benchmarking analysis to assess our company's performance against competitors and identify.

 Qualifications and Skills/ Experience, Expertise:

o Previous Experience in a Related Field Preferred; Proven work experience as a Market Research Analyst,

• 5+ years experience with manual and automation testing
• Experience with QA methodologies for large scale web and mobile applications, understanding of software development process

• Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team environment and with geographically distributed teams
• Experience working with SCM tools like Git

1. To implement the manpower plan in coordination with the Site Head and Department Heads and do the placements and recruitment in line with the recruitment procedures, for all categories and ensure that the manpower strength is always maintained within the budged level.
